How many times have you failed in your life? I bet it’s a lot. Have you ever let that bring you down and stop you from trying? Do you know who Thomas Edison is? He was an inventor. He once said, “I never perfected an invention that I did not think about in terms of the service it might give others... I find out what the world needs, then I proceed to invent....” Right there, he states that he never perfected an invention, and that he was never perfect. He was the inventor of the light bulb. In the process of making the lightbulb, he failed so many times. He never gave up though. He kept trying until he finally found something that worked. Thomas also said, “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.” He failed in so many different ways, but he didn’t let failure, or imperfectness knock him down and keep him from trying.
