As an ABLE ministry we want to help children with disabilities to be able to grow in their faith. Along with growing in their faith we also want to help the children of our ministry to be able to increase their knowledge of God in a setting that not only challenges them but also supports them as they mature in their faith. As a ministry that feels called to impact only children with special needs, we also desire to help their families. We believe that the children in our ministry deserve to hear God’s Word and there are certain ways that we believe that will help them. We want to make sure that our ministry provides an environment that the children and their families are comfortable with. We want to make sure that new families that come to the church believe and trust that we can help their child’s life in various ways including, socially, mentally and spiritually. Some ways to create this environment we will have mentors both peer mentors and adult mentors to help the children in our ABLE ministry. They will sit be with the child during Children’s Church or in other ministries that church has. We also want to provide assistive technology that will help relieve stress, and comfort to help them as they learn about the Christian Faith. We want the children in our ministry to have chances to have roles within the church that show them that they are important and can contribute to the body of believers. Our ministry also wants to make sure that the children in our ministry have a chance to learn with other children throughout the church. We desire and continuously look for ways to make the whole church a more inclusive environment. By making the church inclusive we hope to encourage the children a part of the ABLE ministry and children who are not a part of it to help each other as they walk together on their faith

By having them journal their prayers to God daily and encouraging them to read these entries frequently to refresh the memories of those prayers and seek for those that are answered allows for each client to find their way to a spiritual understanding that is not necessarily demonstrated by my impact, but that of God Himself. I am available to answer questions that pertain to the bible, but allow clients to interpret the teaching to their lives and recovery. These approaches allow clients to not rely on my experiences, but on their own encounters and knowledge. Gently guiding them to hear and see how God works in a client’s life is a rewarding and satisfying experience.
I was very surprised at a few facets as I ventured my way through these job descriptions. One of the first things I noticed is how few full time positions there were on this list. I had always figured a church position would be a full time job because that is the kind of church I grew up in. However, to see that a worship pastor’s position was only a 10 hour a week commitment was quite surprising, but that makes sense in a smaller church. Thus, it has caused me to think about new opportunities for other part time work outside of the church. I suppose I’ve never really thought of a back up plan because I was so sure I would be in a full time pastor position.
Before I began the whole process of my research I talked to many different people. I talked to counselors, teachers of "special" and "ordinary" children, parents with special needs children, and read books. I read books about working with a child who has special needs in the classroom environment. I got some ideas of different ways to present my topic to my judges. One of the ways I chose which I am going to actually do is; I am going to take note cards with different types of disabilities and give one to each of the judges and ask them to perform what their note card says.
This movement uses the means of advocacy and direct action to bring awareness about those with disabilities. Each Light and Faith community holds monthly meetings for disabled individuals and their loved ones for support (Chéné, 2009). Light and Faith communities have also impacted society by providing a deeper understanding of how intellectually delayed individuals function to many communities. It also organizes trips such as camps and activities that require interacting with outside communities (Chéné, 2009). These organized trips demonstrate why outside communities should not exclude individuals with disabilities from society by proving that society's bad perception of those intellectually handicapped are a bother, or unable to do as other humans can is incorrect.

However there some suggestions to cope with the study of the Bible in effective manner. The Bible was written a long time ago before us. That is why we need to deal with some back grounds, context, and theology differs with our time. Some hermeneutics principles can help us how to work in the better frame of interpret the Bible, such as the literary context, historical context and how to compare Scripture.

This essay will first build on the basis of Practical Theology; furthermore addressing the importance of the community aspect within a youth setting; this will lead to the process that takes place between a Systematic stance, leading to a Practical theological stance.

The religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are alike in many ways but they also share many differences. Judaism and Christianity use the bible in their holy scriptures, while Islam does not. Jesus Christ is a part of all three religions as Christianity and Islam developed from Judaism. Many believe that the three religions worship, pray to, and focus on the same god. They believe this as many of the prophets are they share much in common as they share many beliefs. However, the followers of the three religions pray differently and in different places. the religions believe that their god created the world and everything in the world. The three Abrahamic religions have different histories, yet they share many similarities and difference.

Teachers must create lessons to inspire their students to think and make decisions based on God 's principles. The school should foster an environment where the students realize what Christ has done for them and give them the desire to see others come to know Christ as their Savior. A good way to make this happen is to create diverse learning opportunities where students can learn about other cultures and environments where missionaries are working to reach people for the Lord. Basically, the purpose of Christian education is directing the process of human development toward godliness of character and action.
School prayer, in the context of religious liberty, is state-sanctioned or mandatory prayer by students in public schools. Depending on the country and the type of school, state-sponsored prayer may be required, permitted, or prohibited. Countries which prohibit or limit school prayer often differ in their reasons for doing so: In the United States, school prayer cannot be required of students in accordance with the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Evangelism is one of the key component for changing people’s lives. McRaney states, “The word evangelism comes from a combination of Greek words for “good” and “messenger.” Evangelism involves bringing the goods. Kent Hunter reminded us that “when Christians witness, they tell how Jesus Christ has changed their own lives. The change in their own lives gives them the desires to share the Good News with others.” Christians must share their testimony to people and spread the gospel so that they can bring lost souls to Christ. God has commissioned every Christian to evangelize so that people will learn about Jesus Christ and accept Him as their personal savior. Matthew 28:19 states, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”. Christians are required to spread the Gospel throughout the world and can no longer just attend church. Christians must plant seeds and water the seeds so that lost souls will be saved.
A pastor has a great responsibility to minister the Word of God and to be a shepherd to his people. The pastor must be committed to biblical truths when he engages the work of the ministry. Some of these truths include: The Bible is the infallible Word of God, his preaching must be from the Word of God, and he must do proper exegesis to get to the authorial intent and proclaim that to his congregation.
