Safety leadership is different from safety management. Leadership has the greatest impact to improve safety in a company[1], inject safety in employees’ blood, communicate with them and exert her/his influence on followers, set direction by defining their mission and vision, and align people toward organization safety. In other words, if management is about doing the right way, leadership is about doing the right things, however, everyone from top managers to supervisors, frontiers, and contractor-workers are responsible for safety.
As safety became a concerned of many organization in this century many significant studies have been surveyed the role of leadership and management systems on safety either on personnel safety and system safety[2].

Resources can be divided to two types, human resources and budget resources. A leader has to make sure that company have enough resources, enough employees to let managers rotate them during shifts since huge amount of accident happened by human errors and switching them can reduce these errors. Moreover, having not enough human resource will increase pressure on employees to finish the job on time and also may increase employees turn-over that cause huge increase in training cost and raising accident risk due to the lack of practice.
Another sort of resource is budget resources. Cost-cutting affect safety margin[12] and Rasmussen introduced “drift to danger” from the tension between safety and productivity which can be a drift to disaster in hazard companies[13]. Lay offing employees or to a level where low level staff become safety critical or replacing low educated staff with higher qualified staff in order to reduce cost will reduce safety performance. A leader has make sure s/he provides enough physical resources such as tools, equipment and safety material by implementing sufficient quantity of budget.

When it comes to safety most people think they are safe, and they have a true understanding on how to work safe. Human nature prevents us from harming ourselves. Our instincts help protect us from harm. Yet everyday there are injuries and deaths across the world due to being unsafe. What causes people to work unsafe is one of the main challenges that face all Safety Managers across the world.
In a culture of safety and quality, all employees are focused on upholding quality in providing safe care. In order to promote patient safety in the hospital setting there should be an exhibition of teamwork irrespective of the different leadership positions. However the leaders show their obligation to quality and safety, and set capacities for their employees to perform a committed and critical role in assuring patient safety.
Risk management is the system in which companies assess potential liabilities within an organization (Raso, Gulinello, 2011). Through this process information is gathered, assessed, and implemented to avoid these potential risk. Risk managers are beneficial to their organizations because not only do they save money but they can also save lives. In the hospital setting where mistakes can cost someone their lives, risk managers work to develop protocols to help prevent human error. Information is gathered through the process of evidence based practice as well as guidelines in place by best practice. Not only do they help protect the lives of the patients within the facilities, they are also responsible for ensuring staff safety. A risk manager’s responsibility is multi-faceted and complex. They will prevent potential litigations by implementing patient safety protocols, reduce risk to associates, and reduce cost to the organizations.

Patient safety is the most important issue for health care organizations. Patient safety events cost of thousands of deaths and millions of dollars an-nually. Even though the awareness of patient safety is spreading worldwide but still we have to accomplish many things to achieve safe environment for patients in the hospitals. Proper admin-istrative changes are required to keep health care organization safe. We need organizational changes, effective leadership, strong health care policies and effective health care laws to make patients safer.
The second function of organizing is accomplished through the assessment of planning and the preparing for the implementation of resources such as workers and their schedules. Currently, the organization lacks manpower in specific areas and this need to be addressed through better organization of human resources. Managers must also make sure that employees have the necessary resources to perform their jobs. Lack of organization can lead to inefficiency and lack of productivity, which is occurring in the in ability to service customers properly and double booking of clients.
The intent of this research is to provide the reader with insight on how Crew Resource Management (CRM) improves safety in aviation organizations. This research will also present how CRM establishes a set of guidelines, behavioral norms, and standard operational practices that enables an organization to utilize all resources available to conduct safe and efficient flight operations. CRM encompasses a wide range of knowledge, skills and attitudes including communications, situational awareness, problem solving, aeronautical decision-making, information management, and teamwork (Royal Aeronautical Society, 1999). CRM is also a synergistic approach to managing flight operations, and allows crews to dynamically multi-task and prioritize work efforts in order to conduct their operations more efficiently and safely. Over the last three decades, the NTSB, NASA, the FAA, ICAO, the military, and the airline industry have created CRM programs, and extensively researched and tested new and innovative ways to incorporate CRM with cockpit automation.

From the accident, the four pillars application will benefit the organization but however if the SMS has been a part of the organization even before, accidents as such would not have occurred in the first place.

In addition, Administration and staff shall cooperatively develop appropriate procedures and regulations for ensuring employees' health and safety, with special emphasis on the handling of potentially hazardous equipment or substances and for investigating and reporting any accidents and mishaps.
