Sir,
I have reviewed SFC Horton NCOER and sent you the correction I think you should make. This new system is much different, then the one used in the past. My advice is use the less is more method and get straight to the point. The comment boxes should only have two strong bullets. I notice the last thing you mentioned is “SFC Horton exceeds the standard, however promote with peers”. I understand the rater and SR do not have to agree, but I think this is something you may want to reevaluate, just my opinion. If I had more information on the Soldier, I could have finished the write-up, but I did not have much information to use. However, if you would like me to complete this write-up that is not a problem, I can close it out and you
Gobias Industries is a company that is seeking to promote diversity amongst the organization and strives to be the best. However, it is seen that the company lacks certain criteria that may negatively impact them to the extent where they would need to shut down their facilities. The main issues Gobias Industries has faced is the harsh conditions employees have to work in that are most definitely safety hazards, Sexual harassment, and low retention rate. It is clear that Jim, Maria, Tracy and most of the employees are not satisfied with their experience with the company indicating that Gobias Industries must do something about it as soon as possible before they decide to leave as well. For this, we have analyzed the three main problems with
Based on presenting information, Mrs. William and Paul were included in the treatment process. However, Peter and the LCSW preselected sessions that families could attend. During the first session, the LCSW began by asking a question Peter what he wanted from agreeing to therapy. Peter responded that he wanted to “get help with managing stress, marital issues and communication tactics.” When asked how he would know that he was getting that helped, he said he would be relaxed at home, and sociable and his marriage will start to feel like a partnership again. This was expanded on when the Miracle Question (MQ) was asked. LSCW: “Peter, if you woke tomorrow and all of your issues were no longer present what are some things that would be different.”
Point 2: What this area was like before the encampment, why was this area so important during the Revolutionary War: (Location to Philadelphia, supply lines, and topography of the land.)
While many of these changes include the advancements in technology and ingenuity, nothing can replace the rich history, proud culture, and bright future of the NCO Corps. Though several additional factors doubtlessly play roles in the strength and continuity of the corps, I do not believe any have contributed to the extent of the solid rank structure, efficient training network, and passionate NCO Creed. These elements have worked together in continuously strengthening and molding the NCO Corps, and they will remain building blocks that will project the Army into the
First off, I want to start out by thanking you for going through the CCTI. Even though this time honored tradition has change a lot over the years (For the good and the bad) it is still a important part of our service rich heritage that is staying alive because of you and your fellow PCPO’s. A lot of E-7s will not even take two month out of their busy lives to learn about what it really means to be a Chief.
Team leaders again represent that commanding leadership of their troops and will have to report that to their commander and so on and so forth. We risk not only one soldiers life, but the many others who need that soldier to have their battle buddies back in the face of combat. The keys to a solider system are the policy letters and army regulations that dictate every given bit of information on the army and its moral history. Within each article and sub articles the information is pertinent to the success of the soldier and shares the history as well, this can provide lessons to those who instruct other soldiers in training.
As a young Lance Corporal, my first impression of the NCO’s around the Recon Company was varied. As I got to know the others in my platoon, one started to stand out in my daily interactions, SSGT Moeller. He had just gotten off crutches, after a parachute accident broke his tibia and fibula, sitting on the catwalk icing his ankle. When I asked why he was icing his ankle he told me he had just finished an 8-mile run. Now, this was from an injury that should have caused months of painful rehab before running would have been possible, but here he was, sacrificing personal comforts, trying to get back to mission fitness. His reasoning being, he was scheduled to be the Assistant Team Leader (ATL) on the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit(MEU) and didn’t want to miss his chance for Afghanistan. It was at this moment that I got my
Explain why confrontation during a session made be necessary. Please provide at least two examples.
As our forefathers before us stated, ‘‘No one is more professional than I. I am a Noncommissioned Officer, a leader of soldiers. As a Noncommissioned Officer, I realize that I am a member of a time honored corps, which is known as “The Backbone of the Army (“The NCO Creed written by SFC Earle Brigham and Jimmie Jakes Sr”). These words to the Noncommissioned Officer should inspire us to the fullest with pride, honor, and integrity. The NCO creed should mean much more than just words whenever we attend an NCO’s school.
When people get a job, they may be nervous or very excited, but they never expect the management to be so bad they will want to quit. This is what happened to Beverly at Gridlock Meadows. Knowing the management style of your employer or supervisor can help you with problems in the long run. This paper will focus on four different management styles and how they could be used in Gridlock Meadows.
I’m writing a letter of concern for Mr. Todd Lee XXX-XX-1750 and for his health. I have personally been helping Mr. Lee for a year now and his health has gotten worse. I personally go to his camper on the land he lives weekly and make sure his is ok and that help him in things he isn’t able to do around the Camper that his uncle allows him to stay at. His living conditions are subpar due to the fact the camper is becoming unlivable. I have had many talks with Mr. Lee and I’m watching him loose weight even with my family helping feeding him and that he is on food stamps.
Boston (as well as much of America) was experiencing an epidemic of youth gun-homicide through the late 1980s and 1990s. The violence in Boston was mostly concentrated in the lower income inner city neighborhoods. “Youth homicide (ages 24 and under) in Boston increased 230% - from 22 victims in 1987 to 73 in 1990. Between 1991 and 1995, Boston averaged about 44 youth homicides a year.” (Kennedy). The approach Operation Ceasefire (The name of the Gun Policy) went with was a Problem oriented policing approach focusing on the concentrated areas where crime was more prevalent. Illicit gun trafficking and gang violence were main causes of the gun violence in Boston. These two problems were the main focus of the operation.
Since the Army puts everything down on paper, from how to perform maintenance on an M4 weapon (“Rifle…”, 2003, para. 1.4) to how to write a letter to your commander (“Preparing…”, 2001, p. 30), a good NCO must know and follow the rules and instructions that apply to him or her on a regular basis. For example, a good NCO must be able to correct a soldier’s uniform to the exact standard. In order to order a soldier to tuck in his or he...

Uber was formed in 2009 and after its historical success; it planned to expand into other countries like China, India Pakistan etc. The current challenge for Uber is the competitors in China and different regulations in these countries. Uber is facing challenges from two of its main competitors in the China. It hardly got rides of 1 million on a daily basis in China. Uber sales are slow in these countries. Now, the company is planning to think about the expansion strategy and its effect on the operations of the country. The important question here is to recommend that whether it should expand into other countries or only focus on the United States.
