One importance of Ruby Tuesday code of conduct is called Fair Dealing which all employees of Ruby Tuesday never take unfair advantage of these people through abuse of information, material facts, or any other practice that may be considered unfair dealing.
Another importance of Ruby Tuesday code of conduct is Confidentiality which can be information from loss, theft, inadvertent disclosure, or misuse. Also you shouldn’t disclose any confidential or sensitive information as a result of your employment at Ruby Tuesday. As CEO of Ruby Tuesday I will ensure that the employees follow the code of conduct. By my management team following up with any complaints to the company. Making sure the management team follow up on weekly meetings to see any employees have any concerns relating to the code of conduct. I will be giving three examples of Ruby Tuesday giving back to the community or also known as any social responsibility. First example is, I as CEO would lead the company to “Going Green” which we will be installing efficient lighting & turning off exterior lights at a specific time instead of leaving them on all night, do not allow delivery trucks to idle while making deliveries, use a glassware rack and low-flow pre-rinse nozzle which use less water. Second example is, “Donate Tuesday” As CEO, I would like to Donate twice a month on a Tuesday which contributions to over 1000 educational and charitable organizations and have provided millions of dollars in food donations all across America. Also by Donating Food for Those in Need Each year, organizations treating sick or special needs children, such as the Children's Hospital and the homeless. Third and final example is, “Military Appreciation” As CEO, I’m all up for giving back for people who sacrifice for their country. Every six months Ruby Tuesday would like to have Military Appreciation Night with their families. By giving free meals to the veterans active or not active and giving the families 50% off the entire meal. Also by sending a total of 30,000 meals a year overseas to the men and women fighting day and night. In conclusion, Ruby Tuesday is a great company to work for based on its social and ethical responsibility. They have a great code of conduct to stand by and love helping out the community as much as possible, many companies have some sort of ethical and social responsibility and most companies also give back to the community but not all.
Ruby Tuesday should have mandatory online training courses to new hires as well as "refresher" training for current employees. Staff should be required to complete the training by a certain due date to ensure it is done in timely fashion. Having a company intranet and a company handbook is another way that Ruby Tuesday can implement its code of conduct; This would ensure that employees have easy access to the information should they have any questions. After finishing the novel, I felt relieved. The book was somewhat a bore and not as expected. While reading the book, I somewhat imagined my self in Henry’s place. During times of trouble, I tend to gain courage to do a reckless activity to make sure what must be achieved is complete.
