There are many methods, strategies that can be used by the teacher to apply the lesson in the class to make the student more active to improve their speaking ability and explore their knowledge but the fact is many students still shame to explore themselves because some factors. Role-play is one of the activities to support students’ speaking ability. Through role-play activities, the students learn how to express their ideas, opinions, or feeling to others by using words or sounds of pronunciation. Role play can be implemented to enhance students’ oral skill. Role play is simple method where the students willl be devided in small group and give large opprtunity to the students to practise and develop their speaking skill because role play can improve learners’ speaking skills in any situation, and helps learners to interact and build relationship among each other as well as explained by livingstone (1986:6) Role-play as “a classroom activity which give opportunity to the students to practice and develop their speaking ability about aspect behavior in the classroom, the aspect and the other thing that they may actually meet outside the classroom.we must know that the students not have same speaking capability, sometime some students afraid to express their ideas in front of class and it can make them not developing. “Let Them Talk!” written by Wayne E. Wright is an article that focuses on the idea of promoting English Language Learners (ELL) oral-language skills in the classroom instruction time to improve their literacy and academic achievement. Too often are an ELL’s speaking and listening skills overlooked and not given enough attention to, even though it is one of the most important parts of communication. Wright encourages teachers working with ELL students to allow time for the student to adjust, not to pressure them into their language development, respect their various stages, bring them into whole class and small group discussions, correct simple language errors in speaking that impeded comprehension, and have them interact and communicate in the classroom for meaningful purposes.

Cosi was a play about an up and coming director who was given the opportunity to direct a show that would be put on by patients in a mental institution. Lewis, the director, did not seem too excited about the opportunity but he takes on the job and works hard. The play is set in the 1970’s during anti-Vietnam war protests in Sydney, Australia. The acting in Cosi was at a variety of different skill levels. Since the play was set in Australia, the actors were using Australian accents which was distracting at times because that is a difficult accent to be able to pull off. I was impressed by the believability of the actress who played Ruth, confused by the goals of the character Lewis, and intrigued by the character Roy.

The Interactionist Perspective focuses on the primary role of sociocultural interaction in children’s development of language knowledge. This perspective contends that children acquire language through their attempts to communicate with the world around them. The former are simple to learn, but do not impress audiences. To really attract attention, an aspiring magician should learn sleight of hand card tricks. Sleight of hand card tricks are tricks that use misdirection and special manipulations of a deck of cards to do something seemingly impossible. The techniques involved require much practice. While performing a sleight of hand trick, a magician must constantly be distracting the audience. Because of this, many people believe that they are not capable of learning sleight of hand magic. In order to prove them wrong, I will describe a simple sleight of hand trick that anyone can learn, as long as they remember that we all have the potential inside of us to do magic.
To facilitate or participate in any classroom activities requires the use of oral language. Talk is significantly important because "language that is heard must be understood before the language that is read can be decoded and understood" (McCandlish, 2012, pg. 9). Since the beginning of time, it has been assumed that we have a right to speak and use words, thus we naturally begin our development of language during the early stages of live. After years of grasping and perfecting our vocabulary and language, it seems unnecessary to study the purpose of our development. Why, then, should we study “oral communication?” There are many purposes, benefits, and institutions that branch from oral communication. Of course, communication is the basis of interaction with other individuals through the use of expressions and words; however, through studying oral communication, one can take the words and expressions being used and apply them to his or her own life. After all, the most effective and useful knowledge is applied knowledge.
