This event normally holds great importance as it symbolizes the commencement of a new phase in a person's life, and it is usually associated with reaching adulthood, gaining membership in a specific group or community, or acquiring certain rights and responsibilities. Following the announcement, I underwent an orientation program that familiarized me with the responsibilities and administrative policies and procedures associated with my new role. I was then allowed to attend a seminar aimed at enhancing my knowledge and skills relevant to my expanded responsibilities. This provided me with valuable insights and practical strategies that would aid me in effectively fulfilling my duties as a supervisory teacher. Additionally, as part of the transition process, I was provided with official items essential to my role. These included a phone, laptop, and notebooks, as well as access to official team platforms that would assist me in carrying out my responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Then, approximately two to three weeks following these initiation activities, I was honored with a modest celebration to formally mark my initiation into the new position.
