Introduction:

Attention Gaining Device: Everyone has always said that sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt you. Well I disagree with that old saying because what others say about you can hurt you maybe not physically but emotionally.

Relevance: As times are changing people are evolving on most things except really bullying. Many people don't thing that bullying is done over phones yet many are effected by it everyday.

Credibility: After pretty much growing up in the social media generation i have seen how social media has been a good and a bad thing. I have seen or heard stories about bullying especially stories about no one helping the victim.

First I am going to tell you what cyber bullying means.
A. Cyber bullying is something many teens in American deal with silently on a daily basis.
B. It is anything that is the involvement of technology to bully or harass another person (bullying).
1. Cyber bullying is anything on mean on a cell phone or the internet.
C. There are many different forms of cyber bullying (bullying).
1. Cyber bullying is anything from sending hurtful texts to someone to stealing a persons social media account information (bullying).
2. It is also taking bad pictures of a person and putting them on social media (bullying).
II. Now that i have told you what online bullying is, I am going to tell you a few facts about cyber bullying.
A. 52% of teens have reported being cyber bullied (nobullying).
B. 95% of young people say they have witnessed bullying on social media and have ignored it (nobullying).
C. More than half of teens who have been cyber bullied haven't told their parents about it (bullying).
D. People involved in cyber bullying are more likely to suffer from low self-esteem and to consider suicide. (nobullying)
E. Cyber bullying affects many teens self esteem.
III. Lastly, I am going to tell you a few ways to fix the problem of people not considering cyber bullying as real
