I believe is necessary to ask about the applicant experience, because the job requires a lot of responsibility and making important decisions. The employer must make sure the person is qualify to do the job.

e) Describe a situation in which you worked under pressure. How did you handle it?
The above question analyzes the applicants stress management skills. Registered nurses go through mental trauma and stress. They have to deal with a lot of workload, make quick decisions, and deal with uneasy patients.
