Generally, there are three steps toward devising solutions and putting them into action. First, people realize how serious the current issue is. Then they set a specific goal for this problem. Lastly, they plan for the detailed solutions and put these plans into action. Various organizations such as UNHRC, Oxfam, and Amnesty go through these three steps and help refugees who are in emergency.

The first stage is the realization of the current issue. UNHRC knows thoroughly that the refugees are being persecuted for overwhelming reasons such as race, religion, and nationality. UNHRC and the Oxfam organization have similar fundamental goals toward helping refugees. They are for putting efforts on permanent solutions than on short term solutions. UNHRC is endeavoring to find solutions for refugees to keep their dignity and rebuild their own peaceful life. Oxfam is looking forward to help people overcome poverty and live in a safe environment with equal rights. Lastly Amnesty focuses on urging the governments to give attention and aid for refugees. UNHRC focuses on 3 solutions. Helping refugees to voluntarily return to their own country, helping them to integrate with the local community, or to help them have a resettlement. Most of the refugees are willing to go back to their home country and reunite with families. They are hoping to one day get rid of the fear of being persecuted and have a peaceful life. For this, refugees make courageous decision to try returning back to their own country. To help them achieve their goal, UNHRC are working hard to lay a firm foundation for a better environment, so that refugees can return. While they can't go back, UNHRC offers earliest information related to their own home country and give opportunities for them to visit hometown. However there are some cases where refugees cannot return to their hometown. In this case, UNHRC helps them find families and obtain nationality from the protected state. Farther more, they also help refugees to resettle as well. In Oxfam, they opened a Za’atari refugee camp. This camp accepts many refugees especially from Syria. They also continuously help refugees by giving help which is crucial for living such as providing clean water and food, and disposing garbage as well.
