First of all, Dubai is located on desert, then in any moment can be started sandy storm or real hurricane. Actually, location on desert, is not only wind also hot weather, however only on winter temperature in Dubai are smooth and soft ,and maximal temperature is 26 degree, in other season here hell heat, between 30-50 degree. Of course being the capital it is also home to a wide spectrum of social classes and groups. This paper will focus on how the dynamic between these social classes is affected by poverty and overcrowding and how the community as well as the government cope with these problems or don’t. First, we must analyze the situation with poverty and overcrowding like how they are measured and portrayed to society, and then we can assess the effect of this portrayal on the different social classes in Cairo.

Factors that could affect quality of life include basic needs, medical conditions, social exclusion or isolation. Increased personal awareness and levels of power and participation can work alongside each other to create a better quality of life.
Many employees in Dubai have a different opinion on how the Expo 2020 might affect the country. Abdulla Al Majeed, currently employed at Etisalat, argues how the Expo has its pros and cons. One benefit is that Dubai will have many foreign visitors which will cause the economy to bloom drastically. Dubai will have approximately 25 million visitors; therefore Dubai will make a large amount of money from all of these visitors. Another benefit is that it will provide approximately 270,000 new jobs in Dubai, as stated by the government of Dubai. This urbanization process is causing a number of problems and should be met by sustainable development policies. In the beginning, it is important to know the definition of sustainable development. There are some definitions for sustainable development, but simply they say that sustainable development is a development which using resources now and preserving them for future generations (Adams, 1999, p.137). This concept has been agreed internationally at a Rio Conference in 1992 to be implemented by all government policies which mostly known as “Agenda 21” principles (Adams, 1999, p.141). This paper will show that traffic jams and housing problems caused by urbanization can be met by sustainable development policies. The structure of this paper will first explain the situation that leads to traffic jams and housing problems.
