To become a software developer it’s important to meet certain requirements that are required by the company. Some of these requirements include good communication and interpersonal skills. One way in which this course helps to develop those skills is work group presentations and assignments that students will have to complete during their education at university. Due to frequent group work opportunities students will be able to have conversations and share ideas with other members of the group, which will allow their progress.
The placement also requires self-motivation, which is a belief that one can for example achieve high marks in their assignments, which then makes them work harder to achieve it. This skill will be learned through sometimes challenging tasks during university education. Such tasks may include end of year exams and final year dissertation.
Passion to analyzing and problem solving it’s another requirement to become a Software developer, this will be also toughed in this course under curtain units, you be given tasks which involves solving problems.

Conclusion
All the of the requirements are meet however, this course doesn’t include placement experience which is a disadvantage however this can be easily solved by doing either volunteering or do a summer placement work and this can be taken care of.

All of which makes this job perfect for myself as an avid computer fanatic. The technological aspect of this career not only excites me it also presents a challenge. A Challenge in which I as a student, and young adult, will be given the opportunity to rise and show my own strengths. Similarly, the engineering aspect of this career is also demanding and extremely taxing as a student and young adult. I will be pushed to succeed within this field and become versed in many areas of education in which i could pursue entirely different careers in within the future. “Constant efforts, dedication, devotion and determination are the key to success” This principle I have followed in my career. Setting goals and striving hard to accomplish them has always been my strength in professional as well as personal life. I have always been amazed by computers, code –programs and was keen to understand the underlying meaning, gimmick, structure and pattern of how programs actually work. Learning about simple Foxpro programs, excel sheet formulae, C programs at an early age heightened my interest in computer programs. This childhood interest urged me to do a diploma in information technology and later bachelor’s degree in the same area. Having completed six years course in Information Technology, and two years of experience in IT. I stand by the principal “Stay Hungry” and this has helped me in achieving my goals. Standing by this I would like to explore ahead and pursue MS in MIS. I would like emerge to put to use this knowledge to pursue MS program in MIS.

As I have noted, I truly believe that the numerous job skills that are needed to be successful include dedication, communication, and adaptation. First of all, you must be devoted to your career if you want exemplary results. Last but not least, in order to be successful in your employment, you must be flexible to the obstacles that are inevitable. I choose to major Computer science Engineering with an intense urge to delve into this challenging field. During my under graduation program I learned the various fundamentals of Computer science Engineering which together with practical course works reinforced my interest.
I took up Computer Science and Engineering as my discipline in Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, one of the premier institutes in India. My undergraduate education has been a great learning and enriching process for me. It exposed me to all the core areas of Computer Science like operating systems, database management systems, networks and network security, data structures, algorithms and software engineering. These courses have given me a good foundation in the core concepts. My interest lies in Database Management, Programming Languages, Theory of Computation, and Software Engineering. I am fully acquainted with the fast growing subjects like Object Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design. On the other hand, the intensive laboratory classes exposed me to a fascinating world of experimentation. It was here that I discovered the qualities of perseverance and diligence in myself. I feel that these courses have done a lot to prepare me for my future studies and research work.
