Happiness is the goal for everything people participate in. Whether it be work, play, or even sleep, people perform tasks to end up achieving happiness. The means of achieving happiness are found through leisure. My qualitative leisure experiences are ones that develop me as a person, rather than just activities to kill time. The quality of my leisure has increased since the beginning of my semester because I have started applying leisure to things I do daily that may not have been viewed as leisure before. ISTJs are characterized by decisiveness when it comes to practical affairs, usually concerned with the timeliness of events. A common adjective to describe an ISTJ is dependable, which is about six percent of the general population. According to Please Understand Me, ISTJs experience discomfort from thoughts of a bankrupt nation, state, institution, or family (Keirsey 190). This is an accurate representation of myself because I tend to be worried more about the future and being financially stable than I would like. Lifting weights also helps reduce mental stress for me, so this takes out two birds with one stone. Being able to go to work with a clear head is also a factor that has an effect on my mental health. I must balance work with the rest of life, not allowing work to takeover my life and bring harm to my health. This ties back to my first goal of having a stable and suitable job; having an easy job will reduce my overall stress and give me more time for leisure. By having more time for leisure, I also have reduced stress because I do not build up stress when I do things that I find leisurely and fun. My lifestyle goal transitions into my leisure goal. My leisure goal is to have a lot of new experiences that I never thought I would try prior to this class. Having an open
