If I could only choose one freedom to have I would probably choose Due processing. Although it would not have not normally been my first choice I think it is the most sensible one. My first thought was I would want freedom of religion. Religion is something that is very big in my life and I love going to church. Then I started thinking and talking to a few people and they made that point that without Due Possessing we could still be killed by others that did not like the religion that we had chosen and they could get away with it and not have any punishment. At least if there is a due process they could be tried and punish according to the law. They would get what they deserve. It makes people so mad when other make a mistake and accuse a person of doing something that they did not do, but if people would just take a step back they could see how good the system is doing for other people. This system has done a good job of protection people on both sides of the law. In the fifth amendment there are fore things that it protects. It protects the freedom of the Press, the freedom of Religion, the freedom of Speech, and the freedom Due Process. Due process is something the gives people a changes to explain themselves, it gives them the right to be treated as a human no matter what they did. It lets people have a chance to prove that they did not do not do something just in case that they did not. Although I love this country and I am very grateful that we are a free country. I am very thankful for everyone that has fought for our country to be free, and to the people that took the time to wright the constitution. I feel that we could still be a country without the other freedoms that I have talked about in the paper. With due process I feel that our country could not really be a country. I think that either the government could over step their boundaries and the people that live in this country could over step their
