Budget: - The total budget of our project will be 7million dollars. Metrolinx, LRT are the sponsors of our project. They will provide us the total amount to complete the project work.
Quality: -Quality is the main constraint in our project. The resources used for decorating will be of appropriate quality, because a single thing with ugly look can disgrace the whole beauty of the project work.
Resources: -There are two types of resources used in our project:-
• Human resources-Our pre-assigned architect company named as CORE ARCHITECTS (Toronto) which will provide us all designs.
• Materials- Material like sculptures, lighting equipment, paintings will be available to us on project site.
Risks: -Many risks can occur during project work like:-
• The project may go over budget because of expensive artistic works.
• Due to irregular availability of resources like specific painters and architects, the project schedule may get disturbed.
• Ugly artwork can destroy the whole impression of project work.
