A successful project sponsor stands between the project’s success and failure. He behaves as an escalation point in situations where project managers couldn’t handle and fall beyond control. A forceful job can lead to a project failure. Executives are not meant to be project sponsors. A lot of experience is needed to lead the project, engage with the team, manage financial resources, monitor the project, motivate the team, approve and take decisions which involve higher risks. Any successful or failed projects depend on teamwork and one person cannot be appreciated or blamed for its success or failure. It is true that a project sponsor can be the difference for a projects ultimate result, but there are so many other factors involved that leads to the result. There are several stages in a project that can either lead to success if executed according to the plan or failure if not implemented properly. The project sponsors have to behave according to the project stage. At the beginning of the project, it is the sponsor's responsibility to set objectives and goals, choose the project manager, set priorities. Censorship is one of the most heatedly debated topics in America today. Censorship exists in several forms, ranging anywhere from censorship in the media to the banning of books. The question on whether censorship is ethical or not, has been asked all throughout history, stemming from the times of ancient Rome. Now in the 21st century, America faces new, and old, problems pertaining to censorship such as its violation of human rights, this is because censorship impairs an individual's freedom of speech and press. Also censorship has negative effects on art and human expression, as it creates boundaries on an artist's’ creativity, thus effecting the multimedia industry. On a societal scale, censorship prevents students from learning about the harsh realities that exist outside of a controlled school environment, leading to ignorant and naive adults. Censorship should not exist in America, as it is unconstitutional, takes away the true meaning of an artist's’ intentions, and works to make future generations ignorant.

One such form that is often overlooked as art is music. “Music is probably the most censored of all art forms”(The Economist; p 73) There are hundreds of artists who have been unfairly censored, ranging from popular music from artists such as Eminem, 2 Live Crew, and NWA, to classical music, such as Mozart’s Figaro. However unfair and unconstitutional this censorship is, the fact is that questionable music and lyrics are encouraging impressionable young children to follow their messages. Rappers like DMX or NWA, preaching gang violence often are “the straw that breaks the camel’s back,” and finally pushes a child looking for guidance into the world of gangs. The truth is that these children need to be protected from the harsh realities of the world surrounding them, but is censoring music the right way to do it?
