First consequence of the problems is time consuming because the employee’ department will spend much time and effort to bring the employee up and down and time consuming of delay of receiving employees documents. The parking issue will confuse the field employees because they don’t have the suitable care. Also, that time consuming will leads to make the processes of the department more longer which dissatisfy the employees. Moreover, lower productivity will occur because of the shortage on the department. Other result is the pressure on call center due to the calls of follow up letters. All in all of that problems will reduce the department productivity and will affect company’ reputation. 11.3- Solutions In order to solve the problems that was a part of my project, I come up with the idea of HR services center, sms system and field parking. The key solution is Human Resource Services Center as illustrated in figure 2 . It will be the front office of employee relations department in grand floor. Also, it will has two available devices for filling timesheet and forms. The tasks will be performed by the center are preparing all type of letters, welcoming and providing direct guidance for employee’s inquire, welcoming massages to new hires, providing car seat voucher, answering call center, delivering letters, administrating saving plan and the letters will submitted for signature and
The primary problem would be the structure of the organization. This is due to the fact that there are thirteen departments in total which would lead to the failure of the ability to concentrate on long term viability of the business.
The next problem is poor morale. Morale is the job satisfaction, outlook, and feelings of an employee. Right now, employees do not feel secure within the business and are rebelling against it. They do not have a positive outlook for the future of the business and feel betrayed because of all of the people getting let go. The employees right now have a poor morale due to all these factors.
Therefore, the desired output of the department was still satisfied. Yet, some employees who were not in the main group were slack off and misused the system even during the peak period, which potentially resulted in internal conflict in the department. Thus, in order to motivate employees and prevent the dishonesty, we propose to remove punch in-out system and launch a better payment system with both financial and non-financial incentives. Also, the working environment should be improved with various campaigns to enhance the unity in the department. We also move an employee who could not perform fully his talent to other department to maximize his capacity.

It is very clear that the problems experienced in the companies are not lone standing but in most of the cases they are dependent on each other and there are strong bonds or relationships with regards to the cause and effects between them. It is therefore important to form or establish a strong cause and affect between them.
The main problems that are affecting the company were the high level of labour turnover, below target production rates, high levels of scrap, the employees had little input in the decision making, therefore resulting in low motivation and job satisfaction, and didn't have enough feedback on there performance. Added to this was the conflict between the supervisors and employees in the production and packing areas, and the grading and payment levels wasn't satisfactory to the employees.

In addition, One.Tel had low complexity that is determined by having unclear job tasks and responsibilities. As there is no organizational chart, the relationship between the employees could not be determined and the job descriptions were ambiguous. Understaffing, which often happens, and many called from customers were left unanswered, led to the long-term decline in sales, as there was frustration among the customers. No rules and procedures in handling account and customers complaint shown that One.Tel was lack of formalization in operation. One.Tel also did not run its divisions’ function properly.
