Community correction, probation, as well as parole, acts as alternatives to incarceration. The development of correctional centers has in the past experienced legal issues controversies. In most cases, the appropriate conditions depend on the needs of the offender as well as the level of crime committed. In my case, I would recommend for no contact with minors as the offender stand to pose a lot of danger and influence to children. I think that maintaining employment is not an appropriate option for the offender. My reason is based on the fact that there is need to minimize contact with the offender and minors. Moreover, it is not sure that the offender will engage in legitimate businesses.
