Success is not something that comes easily and without struggle. To achieve success in today’s world one must work effectively to achieve their goals. Without doing this it is quite difficult to become successful and achieve your dreams. Dr. Qubein is a prime example of a person who worked hard to make his dreams a reality. As the President of High Point University he stands before us and leads us on a path towards success which starts our freshman year. Dr. Qubein’s Presidential Seminar course is very informative and pertinent to any student who wants to achieve success. The lessons presented can be utilized to help college students understand what steps are necessary for them to have a successful life. Many of the lessons covered were not something that would be taught in a regular class. By having a Presidential Seminar Course available to incoming freshmen they are guided onto a path of success from the start. I will remember what Dr. Qubein taught us and how we should present ourselves so that we can show we mean business and portray a person who seeks success. I will utilize the lessons in Fiscal Literacy to start saving more income now and especially after I begin my career. Lastly, I will remember that I must effectively communicate with others to be a great leader. By doing what Dr. Qubein taught us I will be work towards my goals of success. The most important lesson that was stressed by Dr. Qubein was that success isn’t based on wealth but on happiness. By following the lessons learned I will live a life of success and
