Why or why not?Do I’m intentionally plan for interaction, I will say NO plan for interaction? Because I believe that teacher and children interact every day in classroom interact all time long. Interact with warm greeting, encouraging and caring that all interaction. Not all the interaction with children that promotes their learning. But the teacher might expect that have learning as goal. There are many ways which help build rapport with children and young people. One of them is to ensure to actively listen to what they are saying. There may be times were you unintentionally brush aside what a child is saying perhaps it is because you are preoccupied or tired, however, even this can be enough to make a child feel unvalued. Being responded to appropriately reinforces a child's self-esteem. This will in turn help build a trusting relationship. Talking with children, asking and answering questions also helps build their language skills. If pupils are distressed and need to talk about it, they will more likely open up to the person who has made them feel that they have a voice. This is why it is very important to build a respectful and trusting relationship with students, as it can have an impact on most areas of development.

Amongst the most renowned of Shakespeare's plays, Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy that focuses on the fated relationship of two star-crossed lovers. The play focuses on themes of love and hate, mostly concerning the feud between the two opposing families, the Montagues and the Capulets. This play came at a time when such social events like courting were not just accepted, but expected. Witchcraft and fate were also strongly believed to be real which makes aspects of the play seem somewhat surreal to a modern day audience. Rather than interacting with other children their age, most of their time is spent with their parents or an adult tutor. Forming close friendships and socializing with other children is vital for the development of your child’s social skills and overall emotional health, according to Liza Blau, Everyday Life Magazine. While attending public school, students have everyday interactions with adults and most importantly other students. Without everyday interactions with adults, students will have a hard time developing their emotional growth and developing autonomy.

This social interaction permits students to learn from both the teacher and their peers through collaborative activities. It is crucial for us to understand the fundamentals of the development of a child as there are countless ways to conduct lessons and to understand why children would react differently at this time to another time when they are completing a certain task. Furthermore, children develop uniquely and their development milestones differ from one another. Thus, a teacher must be cognizant of each child’s progress before conducting the class. This will help the teacher to plan and organize the lesson materials and the lesson time appropriately. There are two theories I would like to share in regards to child development: peer social interaction and cognitive development.
Parent teacher communication is very important to make sure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to everything educational related. Whether it is behavior or learning, a lot can be learned when parents and teachers communicate about their child and student. I know myself in particular I enjoy going to parent teacher meetings or IEP because I get to learn how my child is doing when they are not with me. It makes it possible for us to discuss what is working and not working with the students. Maybe the parents may have ideas to give the teacher when it comes to behavior or learning techniques for there child. The parent is with or near the child the other two thirds of the day. Communication is important for that everyone is on the same page, and that everyone’s main concern is helping the student succeed
One of the most effective ways teachers are able to manage a classroom is through developing positive relationships with students (Emmer & Evertson, 2013). When students feel they are valued and cared for by their teacher, they are much more likely to comply with rules and procedures. A classroom teacher has the great responsibility and privilege to be around students for up to seven hours per day, five days per week for around nine months and during that time, teachers must work to develop positive teacher-student relationships with each student (Boynton & Boynton, 2005). When students are able to experience healthy relationships with their teachers, they grow personally and are self-motivated and achieve academic success (Tassione & Inlay, 2014). There are a number of ways to enrich these relationships and they are all initiated by the teacher. While there are many ways teachers will find to develop teacher-student relationships, only a select number of them will be discussed here.

We spoke about the children in the classroom who have personalities and learning styles that are unique to them. Building a relationship with each child, gives her the opportunity to gain the necessary knowledge to create lesson plans that are relatable to their personalities and learning styles. Parents need to stress the importance of little things your child can do to smooth the teacher?s day and help himself learn, such as listening when classmates answer questions, writing his name on assignments, and keeping his desk and work area tidy (Spencer, 2001). Parents can help your children avoid interrupting. Teachers love enthusiasm but yelling out too often will cause unneeded disruptions. Explain the good times to speak, such as when the teacher is inviting questions and the not so good times, such as when the teacher is talking to another student or giving directions (Spencer, 2001). Practicing these classroom manners will help with less disruptions and a better teaching and learning environment. Parental involvement promotes emotional growth of a child. The attachment between a child and parent is a long-lasting, emotional, learned response. It is the attachment in a parent and child relationship that forms the basis for a child to trust or not to trust their environment (Gestwicki, 2000). This proper attachment is essential for a child to trust other adults, such as their teachers and also to trust other students and make friends.
