Poor communication is the main frequently cited source of interpersonal conflict. Individuals recently spend about 70 percent of their waking hours communicating by writing, reading, speaking and also listening. This is causing lack of effective communication. Meanwhile, good communication skills are demanding to career success. It is always been show that communication skills among the most like characteristics. Apparently, communication is one of the most important activities in human life and also with the organization. Communication is a “life” to existence, development and successful to organization.
Communication happened to all organization stages. Upper manager will give direction to mid board. While that, mid board will having discusses with counterparts from other department. Subordinates will make complaints about the works environments to the supervisor. The same process will happen to the same situation even though the purposes of communication are different. Without sharing information, no individual, group or organization will exist among its members. If perfect communication do exist, would occur when a thought or idea was transmitted so the receiver perceived exactly the same mental picture as the sender. Communication does happen recently will be formal or informal.
Communications are not happened by oral only. Sometimes communication happens with writing for example, when someone smile when read the company’s financial report. It is also happen through face expression like smile, stare, and also body language. All of this bring particular purpose and recently will be deciphered as one of communication type. Because of variety of communication, problems will occur that cause failure communication to get smooth....

Downward communications have weaknesses for example lost message while it was on its way from sender to receiver. According to research, 25% from the total message usually loss when it was on its way.
Another problem in downward communication is its one-way nature. It is based with managers that inform employees but rarely solicit their advice opinions. A study revealed that the employees admit that their boss rarely or never asks their advice.
