Unfair deportation is one of the things that immigrants are really scared because sometimes people who work with fake IDs in big companies are more in that the can deported and some of them have kids,families and some of them came here when they were kids and they’re scared to get deported to. “Even though I don’t have papers, I feel that I’m from here. Of course, I’m proud of having been born in Guatemala, but I wasn’t raised there. I don’t know the culture over there. “ ( Hassam Ahmad) This is another Unfair deportation because they know that in Central America they have not the best economy and the violence that is in Central America and I believe that the government of the United States should look or hear in each undocumented the reason why they immigrated to the US. “Domestic violence has always been a notoriously difficult crime to prosecute. It often takes victim's years to seek help, and they frequently have to be persuaded to testify against their assailants. And for many undocumented victims, taking that step has become exceedingly difficult because of fears that the government will detain and deport them if they press charges, according to law enforcement officials, lawyers and advocates from across the country.” (Jennifer Medina) This type of things are really difficult and it worst if you are an undocumented because the fear of being deported stop them to look for their justice because their is a lot of woman who suffered from domestic violence and they don’t look for help or call the police because they believe that the police could call the ice and send them back to their country and they don’t want that because sometimes they have a family in here the United State or their birth country
