The context of the speech consists of some strong wording in the beginning to get the listener's attention, including: “disgusting, shockingly poor conditions, and unstable.” The approache that appeal are the one's of basically being a rescuer as

a society and not buying from the company so the listener feels like they have more power. The biggest question that would arise is, “Will the proposed plan of not buying a pet from Puppy Mills really work?”
3. What is your major premise, your minor premise, and your conclusion? The major premise is embarking on a new law made to put puppy mills out of business with animal welfare acts. Further, not contributing to the company on our own terms in the minor premise and the conclusion is to imagine your own pet going through these conditions, we have the power, do what we can.
