Can you imagine to be afraid to go to school because of someone? To be afraid to get online because of what someone is saying? To be afraid to live because of what someone is saying or doing. Be honest, how many times have you seen someone being bullied and just ignored it. You might’ve have thought they were joking with that person, but you’re not that person. So, what if they are saying is offensive to that person and not a joke? According to Webster dictionary, a bully someone who is habitually cruel, insulting, or threatening to others who are weaker, smaller, or in some way vulnerable. Most people thinking bullying is just physically, but that’s wrong. Bullying in this day in age is through social media and verbally.

If you surround yourself with people whose morals aren’t the same as yours then what do you expect? Do you expect that person to be nice to you and treat you like family? That “friendship” is toxic and they more than likely just make fun you the whole time and you probably think they are joking, but they are not. Bullying cannot be solved ever. Bullying is something that has been happening for hundreds of years. There is no possible way that we can control the way someone acts. Everyone was raised and grown to be different people so in some terms, different people do not get along which causes problem. When parents see that their kid is being harass they need to handle it. By calling the other kids parents or bringing it to the school’s attention. Parents need to fix the situation before it gets out of hand and causes the kid to become depressed or suicidal. Parents need to have a sit down talk every week and talk to their kid. Ask them how their week was, how schools going, what happened this week. If parents started to seem interested in their kids, then the kids would be more open to their parents. Sometimes parents do not either realize that their kid is getting bullied because some kids don’t tell their parents everything.
