What is the first thing that comes to your mind when seeing a person who is living on a pavement? Do you feel afraid, disgusted or do you feel pity? Whatever you answer is, it isn’t their fault, it is just the life they found themselves obliged to live. There are many people who suffer throughout their life; one category of these people is the homeless ones. Homeless individuals are the ones who don’t have a permanent house, who may live on streets or any other non-permanent shelter. Those people’s responsibility is classified between parents, citizens and the government. First the parents should be blamed for bringing children without taking their responsibility and leaving them to live in the streets. Also, the citizens that judge them without considering their reasons and situations. Finally, the government that should care about them, their needs and solving their problems. Many organizations have been founded to solve the problem of homelessness; “National Alliance to End Homelessness” is a leading voice in the homelessness issue as it is committed to preventing and ending homelessness. It was founded by a group of leaders in 1983. First it was known as national citizens for food and shelters; in 1983 the organizations became known as national alliance to end homelessness.
