Cash For Grades Essay Underperforming schools aren't good for any student. They have low rating, which usually means that not much learning goes on. They are usually nasty , dirty , and not a healthy place for a student to learn or even attend. Schools don't want to be viewed as a bad place to attend or send students. They want to have a great image to the public. They want to be known as like things like “best school in the district , the best choice for kids.” Reason why they want this reputation is because is because it draws in more students and more students means more money for the school. Schools with that good rep and have 100s and 100s of kids are starting the
Cash for Grades program. Even some schools with a bad rating and not many kids are starting the program but that's rarely seen. The Cash for Grades program pays students for having good grades, and passing certain tests with the required test score. The amount of cash you get varies on what kind of school you go to for example, people that go to school with 100s and 100s of kids and live in a high income area can get more money than someone who lives in a low income area with less kids. The cash could go towards better technology, books , and make the campus better for students. It could also go to the community it could make the places around the school look safer and more like a good environment for kids. Even though people disagree and think the money is going towards a good cause there is always a better way all that money can be spent. The money really should go towards making schools a better place . The cash should not be given to all those kids you’ll never know what they might do with the cash they receive. That's a second reason why the program isn't very good or well thought
