In Conclusion, a ban on boxing is not only illogical but impossible! In my mind,
In the beginning of a boxing match, there are three rules that are listed before the referee gives the signal to begin. The first rule, only three-minutes per round are allotted; the second rule, stay on your toes, protect yourself; and finally, absolutely no hitting below the belt or the boxer will be disqualified. If a boxer breaks a rules or resigns by throwing in his towel then the match will be claimed a loss to that opponent. Crossfit is the top growing fitness empire, and has been for 10 years. Between classes, work, homework, and a social life being a college student can be a busy job. Trying to fit in a workout can be hard and overwhelming. Walking into a gym full of machines, is intimidating for someone who does not know exactly what they are doing. Without having someone there to guide you through, you could potentially be doing harm to your body. In a crossfit gym one is walking into a gym with very little equipment, a pre-planned work-out, and trainers there to help with anything needed. Making an investment towards crossfit could help your personal fitness as well in the long run.

I admit that working out is good for you, weight training can benefit any individual because you can lose weight, build strength and tone or find a challenging workout just to keep you motivated. It is important to live a healthy, active lifestyle but overtraining is not the right way to do it. Going to the gym and working out every day is bad for you. It is important to not train every day because you will be tired all the time, working out too much takes up other free time, and your muscles need time to recover.
I chose to box because it’s the only sport that I like. And the only one that I see as a more manly sport. Boxing to me is a way of expressing myself without saying how I feel. For example if am angry I will hit the punching bag until am exhausted. Another reason I chose to box is because I like to fight whether I win or lose. Fighting is not always about winning or losing, but much more respect, honor, dignity, and courage. Boxing is like playing football instead you’re toe to toe with your opponent throwing blows trying not to get hit. But score points to win the fight by hitting the opposing fighter with combinations or knocking them out. If you want to

The Greeks conducted matches where they fought to the death with their hand wrapped in leather. Boxing was revived in the beginning of the 1600’s but it resembled what is today's mixed martial arts, using a combination of punches and wrestling moves to pin your opponent as you punched them from above.
Initially, I had started to take the class because it would help me get my degree, but as soon as I started, I started to feel better health wise. The health benefits of karate have had an impact on me, but the mental impact karate has had on me has given me the most growth. When I started karate, I had next to no confidence in myself as an individual due to the circumstances I grew up in. I was raised in an environment where I had to be perfect and if I was not, then I was belittled and treated like I was unable to do anything. Not only that, I was exposed to domestic violence between my mother and her husband for two years. After my mother died, I was adopted by my grandparents, but I still had the deep scars that were inflicted in the previous years. I was deeply depressed, to the point that I actually contemplated suicide. My family moved to Texas, and I slowly started to get better, but nothing has helped me as much as karate
