Why I Enjoy Riding Dirt Bikes

Some people may not be aware of it, but motocross is the most physically demanding sport out there. Anyone else that does ride will completely agree with that statement, but it is also something that people, and I, enjoy very much. It is a good way to get exercise and to hang out with your friends.
My essay is about something I enjoy doing, riding dirt bikes. The bike I ride is a 1992 Honda CR 250. I had many other bikes before this one but this one is the most recent one I own and is the most reliable. I enjoy riding my bike at this place that is practically my back yard, Quad sport. I’ve been there so many times, I earned the nickname Quad sport kid. Another place I enjoy riding at is Furnace Run. I usually go riding when the weather permits or when my friends want to go. It gets me out of the house and is also a workout, but sometimes you can get hurt while doing it. I had to get 8 staples in the back of my head when my buddy T-boned me going off a jump. My bike landed on top of me and the back tire landed on my head when it was still spinning. That’s why if you do go riding, it’s always a good thing to wear a helmet. If you want to learn how to ride a dirt bike it’s pretty simple, it’s just like riding a bicycle except you don’t have to use your legs to move the bike. The only thing you have to do is control the bike. You do that by giving it the right amount of throttle that feels good to you. If you want to get the bike moving you have to use the clutch that’s on the handlebars. You just let it out easy while giving it throttle and you’re good to go.
