All my elements in my circle are energizers because they have made small and big impacts in my life causing me to make a choice that changed my life. Each element is active and has an impact that made me be in the position I am today. I have many positive than negative energy that I have defeated and many more to come. My friends help me to remember to have fun in life and be able to be silly, myself, and have someone other than family to count on. I have positive energy with friends because they help ease feelings and make life better. My dogs are positive energy to me because they are always so happy and make me forget my stress and worries. The reason why I have chosen these three because I will be able to move forward to where I want to be with the knowledge and experience that I need from them in order to get further in life. This is the first step to me that I see as progress and getting a step closer to my goals. Going to CSFU is helping me become educated and seeking the skills I need to get my BA. It will help me meet the expectations for my career. Payless and Reading and Beyond are my jobs that has helped me get the experience I need to gain to get more experience to get different type of jobs. These energies have taught me that I can expand my skills and learn new ones. It has taught me the real meaning of responsibly and leadership, which I hope to expand in the future. My kinetic energy for CSFU is to focus in school, work hard, and come to class so I can be able to get my BA. If I keep coming to school I will be able to succeed and get my BA. My kinetic energy for Payless and Reading and Beyond I plan to stay with both companies for three years plus to get all the experience I need in both fields. I want to be able to have new skills and use them in the future for my career as a Social Worker. I do not have any clients that I help to use my energy for but, I have students that I tutor for an after school program and use my energy to help them become informed and educated. My situations affect how I interact with them because I try my best to show them positive energy that can influence them to be good and better. I always try to make students correct or fix their problems by working together with them and defining what went wrong. Using thinking skills and past experiences that I have encounter to help me not repeat the
The story about I Martranika Gross, called changing my life. It all begin with many ideals that I had in mind to become while changing my life so my daughter will fix in. First was continue my education at Strayer University and a journey to follow. Next, becoming a role model with a pathway lay out for my daughter, a showing her not to stay you can’t to become successful. Finally, overcome obstacles first you have to have faith within yourself, and the key word is knowledge.
Your friends help you through all the hard times, make you laugh and cheer you up when you are
It has been around 14 hours since I have gotten back from the Freshmen Retreat, and I happy to be able to write about the success of the trip in all parts, regarding my personal goal, what I learned about my fellow advisory peers, and realizing a bit more about myself.
The focus is for the client to broader their horizon, which allows a client to dig deeper and believe in oneself. Clients often possessed the skills and knowledge they need to cope with in life, but they do not access or used them. Greene (2005) articulated that it is important to get the client to utilize or identify those strengths (p. 20). The client should be placed in a position where they could draw from inner strengths and emotions.
...with them to change their thought processes by asking them what might happen if they had a more positive thought in a particular situation. I’d also then ask them, if they were comfortable, to try to think differently or to try new things and we’d discuss in session how things went. I would also work with the client to establish more effective social skills. We would work on that through discussions, role plays, and in vivo exposure to social situations.
That being said a close friendship, the highest level, manages to enhance a special meaning to life. They are there to help you up through the most difficult times, but they’re also there to share the good ones. There is multiple ways a friendship benefits to your life and one of those would be improving one 's mood. Happiness is something that works hand in hand with friendship and when you spend time with those happy and positive people your overall mood tends to increase. Another reason would be, they tend to give you a boost on your self-worth that meaning that friendship are there for you regardless of what is going on and with that it adds a purpose to life because you know you aren’t alone. Also, it is a two way street you can 't both be taking something and giving back nothing so when it works as a both give and take contribution the overall sense of happiness has reached its highest
They have stuck by me through thick and thin and have always been positive examples for me. I would see other peoples life’s and what kinds of friends they had made and I noticed as much as we don’t like to admit it your friends have a deep impact on how you live your life. Memories help us realize who good friends are. I remember whenever I wouldn’t have money and I was hungry and needed money for the bus, or even needed a ride I knew my friends were always there for me. I remember my mom would always get off of work late and I needed somewhere to stay afterschool and my friend would let me go over her house and she would offer me food. Friends can show their kindness in the smallest ways. Letting them give you advice can be very beneficial, if it is wise. My friends where always there giving me advice with school, relationships, and even everyday teenage choices, through my parents’ divorce it was my friends who stayed by my
There is a point in everyone’s life when they step back and realize “I can’t do this anymore, it’s ruining my life”. Many of my friends have started smoking cigarettes while drinking at a very young age, and continue to use this drug currently and don’t realize the affect it has on their future. While I have been smart enough to avoid smoking, I haven’t been as wise at making decisions when it comes to drinking. The amount of partying I’ve done in college has taken over my life, and has had a huge impact on my grades. Changing my drinking habits and continuing to avoid cigarettes will enable me to be the best I can be for the rest of my college experience.
Which I found extremely helpful of learning how to control my emotions and my thoughts. I realized that my energy is driven from feeling useful and helpful. Such feelings feel me up as a person and make me feel less empty and more valuable. I also realized that my energy comes from seeing my loved ones happy and successful and that energy increases more when I feel that I was one of the factors that contributed to their joy. After knowing where my energy comes from, I realized that I always recycle it in similar situations. I feel happy from others happiness then I use that happiness to make others happy and so one. ( an endless cycle of recycled happiness and satisfaction) I believe this works for me because I live by the philosophy that a person cannot fill someone else’s cup if their own is empty. So in order for me to be useful to others, I need to be useful for myself first and then use that positive energy on
I work with a great community of people on a regular basis. These are pretty much the five people that surround me. Having positive people surround me helps me as well as them. Positive people surround you with great help and can have a huge effect on your decisions. So a decision made by you can also be influenced by your closest friends with positive results.
There have been tons of things that I have learned and been taught in my life, by a number of people such as family, teachers, or even friends on occasion. The things they taught me vary from math and other related subjects to just some truly simple yet meaningful life lessons. However, there is nothing quite as unique, quite as special as a person teaching themselves a life lesson. It really is an amazing accomplishment for a person to teach themselves something. It is not quite as simple as another person teaching them something because it is not just the transferring of information from one person to another. The person instead has to start from scratch and process the information they have in their mind in order to come up with a new thought
The right friends can make a person’s life better. These relationships can even have emotional effects; they are “… part of this relationship that is so key to your emotional well-being.” (Klam 218). People make friends to get help on the roller coaster of emotions that is called life.
There are some friends that have an enormous influence on our lives such as career, relationships, and self-esteem. Friends can have a huge influence on one’s life. They can help a person achieve a better career. Friends can also be a big help or can ruin a person’s relationship. A friend can also help a person have better habits or they can influence a person to have bad habits. A friend can have a big influence on a person’s life.
Through the good, bad, and the ugly, true friends are the ones that are always there to lean on. Being understanding provides a sense of comfort knowing that one can always turn to their best friend when they need advice. Remaining loyal to one another allows one to put others before themselves and therefore increases selflessness and generosity. Encouraging others goes straight to the heart and allows one to believe in themselves and have a much more positive outlook in life. Oprah Winfrey once said: “Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you
Having a good friend by our side when we are facing problems is a blessing thing. And those people who are going to stick around with you in your good and bad are true friends. Never leave their hand.
