It was a quiet morning and I was the only one asleep; however, not for long. My younger brother came running into my bedroom and flies onto my bed. He screams into my ear,“GET UP!! THERE IS A SURPRISE FOR YOU!” As I heard that, I got right up. I didn’t know what to expect. Was it going to be a trampoline, a hoverboard, what could it possibly be! My mom comes in and says to me, “Close your eyes.” As my eyes were closed I had to keep them close, I just really wanted to open them and see what my surprise is!!! My parents handed me a poster with a bunch of different candy on it! It had a bunch of things like… “We wanted to give you something EXTRA for your birthday.” “I know we don’t have 100 GRAND.” And at the bottom of the poster …show more content…
My mom treated me to go get my nails done!! It was super fun! Then we went to my favorite restaurant McDonalds! That was even more amazing. I went back home and I curled my hair. My hair was as wavy as the ocean waves. My mom got me two new shirts to wear tonight. One was a bright yellow shirt like the sun. The second one is a beautiful badge just like the sand at the beach. I put the beautiful yellow shirt! I was already to go to the concert! My mom and I drove to Philly where Justin Bieber was holding his show in the Wells Fargo Center. We had dinner at Xfinity Live, where they have enormous televisions!! I got delicious cheeseburger with sweet potato fries it tasted like heaven. While my mom and I were eating our dinner, there was a horse race. And then we were off to the …show more content…
When we sat down I went to get Dippin Dots. I didn’t know what kind to get, so I decided to go with cookies and cream. It tasted amazing! And then we got back to our seats just in time to see the opening act which was a famous singer and song writer, Bea Miller. And she was out of this world. She sang like an angel from outer space. And then Justin Bieber came on singing one of his famous songs, “Baby” which is my favorite song by him it is just amazing. As I'm cheering, and crying at some points, a trampoline comes from the ceiling. He goes on the trampoline singing another song, “Life is Worth Living” and Justin is doing all of these frontflips and back flips. And I am just amazed on what he is doing!! If I ever try to do that I will break my neck like a broken tree after a terrible thunderstorm. And when it gets closer to the end of the concert, Justin leaves the stage from two strings lifting him up from the ceiling which was so amazing, with smoke making him look like he disappeared! Oh the smell of the smoke going through my nose smelled like a house was on fire! After Justin Bieber left the stage, everyone started leaving, everyone who watched started leaving the arena. My mom and I went and got in the car. I was kinda hungry, so we went to Gino’s. Gino’s sell cheesesteaks, We went to the stand where the steaks were being sold at and they all looked so amazing. I got a
Admission tickets, so my friends and I decided to grab a close spot near the stage. We
The night was young, times were crazy and it was only the beginning of my senior year. It was still warm out and it still felt like summer; we didn’t know that we could have this much fun in one night, but we knew we were going to have fun no matter what. My first concert had to be one of the best nights of my life and one of my most favorite nights of my life during my senior year. It all began when my buddy Alex Kramper decided to give me a phone call and wanted to know if I wanted to go to an Imagine Dragons concert at the Verizon Wireless Amplifier Theater for only twenty bucks, I responded with a hell yeah, the concert was only in a weak.
After we got tired of the pool me and my family started to head to the beach. So as we walked we noticed an amazing shell so we went and picked it up and there was a snail inside of it. It jumped out of its shell at my dad and scared us to death. After that we set it back free in the ocean, the we went and played around in the amazing water. My mom and my grand ma went to go and get lunch from the beach side café. They had the best food on the beach, we all ate our lunch and were stuffed
The night after my mom came home, my parents, sisters, and I watched one last movie together. It was great, spending time with my family, but most importantly with my mom. I will cherish every minute I spent with her.
I woke up Tuesday morning excited for the day I was going to spend with my mom. I was sitting at the kitchen table drinking fresh coffee listening to my mom and aunt tease and joke around about how paranoid my mom was about doing well in her classes, my aunt was telling her that maybe now that I was there, she would relax a little bit and have some fun. Our plan was to go to one of mom's classes with her, and then on a tour of UNC and then we were going to go to dinner and a movie.
Both times he did not disappoint so I entered the Rickshaw Stop with high expectations. I sat there patiently scanning the room until the show started. Examining the crowd has got to be one of the most interesting parts of attending concerts. Saying nothing, they immediately jump right into their first song. The setlist of all the bands for that night has currently escaped my mind.
When I was thirteen years old I attended a Justin Beiber concert, when she, Shelby, attended the Florida Georgia line concert she was 17. I attended the concert with my Grandma, nana, my cousins, Addy and Madison, and my two little sisters, Shelby and Brea while she attended it with a close friend of hers. We went all the way to the Alltel Arena now known as the Verizon Arena in Little Rock Arkansas, this is the same place that her concert took place. There is a lot of differences between our concerts before, during, and after we finish out concert.
Once we got there, we checked into our hotel, and waited in the hotel lobby a little bit before we left to go to the Hershey stadium. By the time we got to the stadium, we were really hungry, so we got delicious pizza, and thirst quenching lemonade. As soon as we finished, we left to go to the concert.
Music was blasting causing the bass to vibrate throughout my entire body along with tons of lighting effects to further enhance the physical experience. Chairs were breaking from people standing on them to get a better view of the boys. Personally, the concert was life-changing. I had an experience unlike any other where I genuinely fangirled for the first time. “My girl, my girl, she loves me!”
We went over there for even more birthday presents I left my grandparent’s house pampered with birthday presents to take home. I fell asleep around 10 o’clock that night and just before I closed my eyes, BING! I woke up to find my mother standing in the cracked doorway of my room holding the phone. The light from the doorway seeped into my room as if a racecar on a racetrack.
Swee. Everybody started singing along very loud, it’s really fun to sing. But the thirty minutes went by and the after school announcement came on and we all listened to it. Then we all went outside and waited for our parents to pick us up in the pickup lane.
was, I had a date but no dress. So my mom and I went on a shopping trip to Plaza Bonita
The sight was indescribable. It was a field of lawn chairs, food vendors, and fun. I could not have asked for a better night. The wind was calm, the sun was warm, and the music sounded great. Each night there was a headliner that was considered to be the most famous singer with others that were not as famous but still good before the main event.
I had never really been to a big concert that had a well-known band. A couple of weeks before the concert I got some information about it, but really didn't think much of it. I talked with some friends about the band and we all casually decided to go get tickets for it. Little did I know what an absolutely spectacular time I would have.
There is an event that I just can describe as one of the most unique and memorable in my life: attending my first concert. After years of listening to Ron Pope’s music, watching his YouTube channel, and following all of his social media accounts, the satisfaction of seeing someone whose music has been the soundtrack to my life for so long was unreal. There were moments that I had to internally remind myself that this is, in fact, happening in real life. Being a dedicated (some may say eccentrically so) fan is tough work – and I was rewarded with two hours of pure magic for one night. Attending my first concert was a unique event that I will always remember fondly because of the atmosphere, the amazing performance and the sense of connection
