Every man loves their car, correct? Now if you go and ask an adult about their first car they will smirk or smile at you, regardless of the kind of car or the year it was, simply because of its experiences and the memories they had with their "baby" or "Sally" or whatever name they gave to their car. It's a beautiful experience when you have your first car, all kinds of feelings inside of you and you cannot wait to drive it and take your companions for a spin. When I got my first car was in March of 2013, I busted my ass for a while working in the construction field with my dad, about 6 months before I came up with thirty five hundred. The thought of me getting my first car, was all I had in my mind, I had an budget of three thousand five hundred and looked around the internet. One problem the BMW, Audi or Chevy I wanted were over my budget, sad at the fact that I couldn't get what I wanted I had to adjust to what my pockets could afford. Looking trough Craigslist, Autotrade and other websites for hours and hours to look for the perfect car that fit me but I couldn't find anything. So stressed and disappointed I lost hope in having a cool car, lowering my standards to a decent car, …show more content…
One day I decided I have been going to get a BMW because somebody already had a Audi in the school, and always wanted one ever since I have seen the one I the video game Need For Speed Most Wanted. I told my dad and he looked at me like if I was crazy, but I was so inspired and determined so I can get that BMW, I have seen lots of them

The racecar was not the most creative or what some would call beautifully designed. But the owner and his father worked for weeks on that little wooden block to turn it into something the ten-year-old boy could be proud to race. A previous race showed what needed to be done for a car to make it in the top five. After careful designing, sanding, painting, and graphite the car was finished.
Another thing to note is that that a good car deserves a choice place in our lives. I am not advocating the need for a very expensive Car but one that would
When I was fourteen I began the search for a vehicle. I want to find an older truck or muscle car to fix up and have done by the time I got my driver’s license. So every day I would search the web for what would be the best looking, easiest to work on, and cheapest vehicle I could find. I fell in love with the look of the square body Chevy short bed trucks and it was all the things I was looking for; the hunt was on for the one for me.
When I turned twenty-two I was excited to purchase my first car, I had been saving for 5 years in order to obtain the car of my dreams. I knew exactly what I wanted, all the “bells and whistles”, and I knew exactly what I was willing to pay and not a penny more. I thought I had a strong knowledge of the sales and pricing of the particular car I was hoping to buy, because I had done my research for weeks browsing and comparing the Sunday car ads. I was assured that my knowledge of the sales would get me a fair price and a great deal. However, my overconfidence and naivety, in the “creepy” sales tactics used by the dealership, made me unaware of the three hour nightmare that was about to ensue; leaving me brokenhearted, angry and vowing to never step foot on a car lot again.
Car-buying really starts with what you want from your car. This is the most important step of all because buying something you really don’t want could be the biggest disappointment of all. One of the best ways to figure out what you want is to sit down and think about it. Envision yourself in this car - the smell, the breeze going through your hair, or maybe, not going through your
The day started off like any average day, I took a hot shower, got dressed and got prepared for the day. It wasn’t until I sat down and started eating my bowl full of cheerios with extra sugar, that I realized what was actually happening. Today would be the day I finally bought my first car, after a year of hard work and conservative economic decisions.
and I had my vehicle. A vehicle where I can have my mobility and independence. Everything feels right a senior in high school, a driver license owner, an outstanding student, and a beloved daughter. Having a first car is a surprise for anyone in general, although it could be glamorous at times yet costly.
I got my car right before the beginning of summer. Brand new was not an option so I opted for a shiny-black, used Jeep Liberty. It was not in meant condition, but I was just exstatic as long as it had air conditioning that might just turn my fingers blue with frostbite. I had my car for a total of four months, however, before it became an unsightly crime scene. How did my car get wrecked one might ask? It all boils down to one decision I made. One bad choice could destroy a lot of things, so don’t let people convince you into making rash decisions. That was my mistake, and I'm still paying for it.
I remember from my childhood days when my father used to go on a scooter to his office and often ride me to school. He had a dream of buying a car for the family. He experienced a lot of struggle in life. He used to travel in a bus to our neighboring town to teach in a small law school during weekends for extra money. He eventually lived his dream by buying a car for us. He taught me, nothing comes easy in life and struggle never stays forever. You have to be worthy and all it takes is faith, passion and hard work. No wonder, my passion for cars comes from my father.
There is couple of things in life as imperative as solid transportation. Our capacity to make a trip starting with one point then onto the next impacts everything from our careers to our day by day obligations to our own connections. Shockingly, while transportation is a standout amongst the most critical things in our lives, it can likewise be a standout amongst the most lavish. Another car can cost $17,000 and up and because of credit issues and absence of up front installments, this choices is often times out-of-reach for your normal consumer. Thus, more individuals are deciding to purchase pre owned cars.
I paid $3,000 for my first car which was a classic 1978 El Camino that I still own today. My wife paid $4,999 for her first car which was a Toyota Tercel. We bought the Magnum together and had only paid $18k or so. Now we were looking at vehicles and it seemed that everything was priced in the high $20k to $35k! Needless to say, we had a little bit of sticker shock. I think it really has more to do with how much value you place on an item. Apparently, neither of us thought cars to be that valuable! Then again, we realized perhaps we just hadn’t bought a car for so long that it was inevitable we’d be maladjusted to such a major purchase. It had to be done though. I could no longer cross my fingers each morning before work in the hopes my Chrysler could get me
We all dream in the day we get to purchase our first vehicle. The day we stop asking our parents to take us here and there. Some may say buying a vehicle is a pain in the you know what. It can seem like a stressful situation if you're not familiar with the process. However, working in the car industry has taught me valuable tips and tricks that will help me teach you to save money when car buying.
A few months ago I bought my first new car. The number of choices to be made seemed a little ridiculous. I walked into the dealer knowing I wanted a green Ford Focus sedan, only to find out there were half a dozen models that fit into that category – Focus LX, LX Premium, SE, SE Comfort, ZTS, blah blah blah, and a couple shades of green.
With convenience comes cost. There are many costs associated with owning a car. Firstly learning to drive can be prohibitive, with lessons often out of a lot of peoples budgets. Once you have passed your test buying a car can also prove expensive. It is often the case we have to buy cheap second hand cars as new cars are very expensive. Sometimes this is fine and you can have a reliable car, but other times you pick one up that’s not been well maintained and can cost you a fortune in repairs and keeping it on the road.
