Personal Narrative: Constant Change

"Reasons vary as to why teachers are reluctant, but the book hits on several that I personally relate to." I have experienced "constant change" in my career. In my mind I feel it is a result of poor leadership at the top. When you are faced with something different every year, a pointless circle, never giving the preceding "change" a chance to see if it works. This year, “this" next year change to "that", next year back to "this", the year after, mix a little of "this" with a bit of "that". I am being facetious, but when the upper admin does this it can make one derisive. In reality we all go through change all the time. We tend to focus on the on the change we perceive as negative and forget about the positive changes. Winning a 1,000,000
