Basketball is a team sport which has enormous admiration and frolicked with the aid of a ball that is shot into a basket placed horizontally. The objective to shoot the ball that is scores which are increased by resulting definite rules of the game. The game is played by 2 teams establishing 5 players each who play on a noticeable rectangular floor with baskets on mutually ends. The game of basketball was invented by James Naismith in 1891. James Naismith was a physical education teacher at McGill University and later at Springfield College (then Y.M.CA.) at Springfield, Massachusetts. You have to really love the sport to want to play and develop an understanding of it. All varieties of people enjoy the game because of how it makes them feel and the joy associated with playing. Bleeding, sweating and getting hurt are just the little things that someone learns while playing the game. The philosophy and emotions associated with the game makes it the favorite time your life. The qualities and lessons learned while on the court have assisted me comprehend many individuals and their struggles and gains. I believe basketball is more about teamwork and dedication. I personally play for my team and not myself. It doesn’t matter who is on my team. Their height, age, race, gender, size and skills don’t matter as long as the individual knows how to play together as a team. A good team is one who actually respects the members on the team and possess’ the motivation to go all the way. These teams have been known to become amazing teams. They are teams also known to go places and to win big titles. When people saw the growth of my team, I know that they saw that basketball is more than just a game.
