A pentagram is very important in the pagan religion it is the most popular and powerful symbol used by may neo-pagans. The word pentagram comes from the Greek: "Pente which denote five. The implication is of spirit subservient to matter, of man subservient to his carnal desires. the inverted pentagram is not inherently evil and is not necessarily a sign of satanic worship. The pentacle is 5-pointed star, contained within a circle. Each point on the star represents the elemental energies in the universe: it is in many forms people make necklaces,bracelets,earrings etc. from the pentacle.
