I derive the greatest joys in my life from participating in activities where I put the needs of others before mine. With a passion for volunteering and an interest in the STEM field, I joined the Valhalla Volunteer Ambulance Corps. If my volunteering with the Ambulance Corps has taught me anything, it is that being a health care provider is no ordinary undertaking, but a profession with the opportunity for constant intellectual and emotional stimulation through social interactions.
