CONCLUSION Introduction Did you know that, boxing legend Rocky Marciano invented the fax machine? an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature, as racing,baseball, tennis, golf, bowling, wrestling, boxing, hunting, fishing, etc (Anon., 1910). This essay discloses the positive effects of sporting activities on academic performance; and how it can help positively improve the mental concept of both non -partaking and partaking students. The first paragraph would mainly review on how sporting activities can play a good role in the personal life of students, the subsequent paragraphs would talk on, how participation in sports activities can create a unique unity among students in the form of team work and how sports can positively impact the future of college student. There then be a paragraph which would then talk about the negative effects of sports on the life of students. In the last two paragraphs would be the evaluation and conclusion of the essay. To begin Students that participate in extracurricular activities have reduced behaviour problems. In sports, they show discipline in drills, practices, and routines. They have a responsibility to perform those tasks correctly, whether it is basketball of football plays, dance routines, or signals in baseball. When students perform these things correctly they are rewarded for their good behaviour and they take pride in their accomplishments. Because of the pride they achieve, they gain better self respect, self esteem, and self confidence.
