Abstract Plug-ins and helper applications are programs that add additional capability to computer Web browsers. While the Website tells us we need such extensions or if preload the most common browser extensions, our desktop computer can add browser extensions.

Cookies keep track of you website activity, collect and edit a list of your purchases. While you suff the Internet, the cookies keep track of your purchases and everthing that you can click on.

1. Mainly the threats which are running against the security of online media is Trojan horse, Active contents, Viruses. Along the sides on servers common threats are Privilege setting, Server Side Include (SSI), Common Gateway Interface (CGI), and File transfer, spamming.
2.E-commerce is about combining three different systems: a Web server that can manage an online storefront and process transactions (making appropriate links to bank computers to check out people's credit card details), a database system that can keep a check of the items the store has in stock (constantly updating as people make orders and ideally making new orders with suppliers when stocks run low), and a dispatch system linked to a warehouse where the goods can be located and sent to the buyer.

Pros:
It works on any machine. If one can remember your user name and password, he or she can access a webmail service from any computer with an internet connection. This is handy if people are on the move or staying away from home.

Large storage limits. Most webmail providers allow users to store thousands of messages complete with attachments, to the point that people will never hit the limit.

Cons:
No Service guaranteed. Even the best-maintained web mail service has outages now and again, during which one will be without e-mail. However, these are really quite rare, which is why when it does happen there is so much media attention.

Need an internet connection. These days this is not a problem for many users thanks to the reliable broadband. If people are in a region where internet access is unreliable, there is a risk that they might not be able to access your
