Those candidates will be submitted their application form properly or without any error then they will be able to download the admit card and those candidates will not fill the application form properly then they may face any difficulty to download the admit card. Entry to Practice Competencies Upon graduating from the nursing program and becoming a Registered Practical Nurse through the CNO, I will need to meet the standards that are expected of me. The CNO ensures nurses are providing safe, competent, and ethical care while providing care, by providing the standards needed to be met. The National Council Licensure Examination, also known as the NCLEX, is an exam that each state uses to determine whether a candidate is ready for entry- level nursing practice. Before sitting for this exam you must successfully complete an accredited nursing degree program. After completion one is then able to sit for boards. After passing the NCLEX one is then able to practice in healthcare at their approved level of skill and degree level.
When I am older I would love to be a Nurse Practitioner, I enjoy helping people when they are sick and taking care of them. Another reason I want to be a Nurse Practitioner is because my sister is also a Nurse Practitioner.

My first experience with children was when I would babysit younger kids. Caring for them while they were sick brought a sense of joy nursing them back to health. After doing this for so long, I grew a passion for taking care of children as a profession. I want to help kids feel better and watch them grow into world-changing individuals, so that is why I chose Pediatric Nurse Practitioner as my career. The transition from student to a qualified nurse can be a stressful and overwhelming ex-perience for many newly qualified nurses. This opinion is widely upheld throughout the literature with Higgins et al (2010) maintaining that many of the problems experienced are due to lack of support during this initial transition and a period of preceptorship would be invaluable.
My interest in nursing began at age 18 at Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut where I was trained as a Certified Care Partner, then as a Phlebotomist, followed by a two year surgical floor assignment and a one year burn unit stint.
Saying that you are a registered nurse is a broad statement. Registered nursing is a job that has many aspects. Registered nurses work in many different settings and they carry out many different routines. As a registered nurse you could be exposed to many different opportunities. My goal is to be a registered nurse but, I need to learn a lot. Becoming a being a registered nurse requires a lot of hard work and effort but, if I focus on my goal I will be able to achieve it.
The requirement for excellent nursing skills is added as well as well-formed skills in different aspects. Because of the high demand for excellent nursing care, the IOM has declared the recommendations for the future of nursing. It is very fascinating the most of the universities are having online courses for nurses to get their higher education, while nurses are struggling between the work and home. Currently, most of the hospitals in the United States are moving towards magnet status, which requires higher educated nurses. In this situation, it is a blessing for nurses to attain their higher education through online courses even for associate RNs to become BSN.
