A Not-for-profit organization has comparable issues like a for-profit organization. Its main goal is not making money; it is serving the community. However, to serve that mission, it has to make money. This analysis will be on the not for profit organization PetSmart Charities and the for profit organization Home Depot these organizations differ tremendously because they stand for different values and two completely separate agendas.
