NFL Should NOT Be Paid For High School Students

In football there has been multiple studies on the injuries and effects of the sport on the body, but nobody has researched what would happen if you played in the NFL as high school students. I am trying to test how fast the game is based on the age of the player. This might help people understand why the NFL makes you go through three years of college first.

The NFL doesn’t allow for high school students to go straight from high school to the NFL. The NFL doesn’t really research certain parts of their rules they just say them and come up with some reason. Being a quarterback is considered one of the hardest jobs in the world because of all the studying, having to process information in split seconds, avoid pressure, and be physically gifted enough to do it all. There a very few people in the world suited for the dedication and being able to comprehend that fast. The reason freshman don’t always start in college is because their brains need time to develop and be able to process the college game. The male brain doesn’t fully develop till around twenty four as well and that is the around the age people enter the NFL. Most people who enter don’t start their first year so they have another year to develop their brain and adjust to the pro game. This is another factor of why high school athletes can’t go straight to the NFL, their brain isn't developed enough for the pro game. The last reason is because the NFL requires leadership and they want all the athletes to go through college to be able to develop those skills for the NFL and on in their own lives.
