It is a set of strategies aimed to aid the diverse challenges experienced by rapidly changing U.S. demographics. Many may question, why is it important to study intercultural communication? Why do we have to prepare ourselves for a culturally diversified working place or living environment? Why do we need to learn how to work together or live together with people of different countries or different cultures? The answer is, we have to prepare ourselves for a culturally diversified working place or living environment to be aware of others who think and speak differently from us.
