Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa was a powerful woman with her missions and countless acts of mercy. Powerful leaders in our world today should learn from Mother Teresa and her countless acts of mercy, which she performed. Often men and women in powerful positions misuse their strengths simply for their own personal benefit. Mother Teresa is a perfect example of a modern day saint. Through her love and guidance of Jesus Christ, Mother Teresa proves to be savior. Now if you compare Mother Teresa to some of today’s wealthy politics and the way they conduct themselves, you will see a great contrast between to two. Mother Teresa does not work out of the intent to profit but instead out of her love to help others, like no other women our society has seen.
Mother Teresa used her power of love from God to help those in desperate need. Mother Teresa didn’t get paid for anything she did nor would she except money from organizations or donations. It was not like Mother Teresa had an overwhelming amount of money but she was simply a person who devoted her entire life to serving others and helping those in need. Many people may not have noticed it, but all Mother Teresa had to do was touch a person and that was almost enough. She helped thousands of people in poor countries with ailing diseases, but most importantly see touched the souls of common men. She made even the rich and selfish take a deep look into their lives, which brought out the best in everyone. When one person can captivate the world as she could, it makes you realize how very important she really was. It was not always what she did, but rather how she conducted herself while doing it. For all the many deeds she did, she never once asked for anything in return. Most leaders today are very selfish and are only contributing to society when they feel it looks good for their image.
Leaders such as Mother Teresa should be highly respected for their accomplishments. It is people like Mother Teresa who give us all a new meaning to life. She truly proved that one person can really make a difference in the lives of millions. Mother Teresa set examples for future generations to continue her work. This shows how much of an impact she truly had.
in a small, yet meaningful way. She gave people the only real way to bring about

Maria Theresa was an absolute monarch in the years 1740-1780. She was a Holy Roman Empress ruler with complete authority over the government and lives of the people in Austria, Bohemia and Hungary. She was the only woman sovereign in the history of the Habsburg Empire. Maria Theresa of Austria was a strong queen and one of her goals was to help the peasants, but this also meant she had to tax the rich more money. She doubled the troops of her late father, Charles VI, while battling Prussia. Archduchess Maria Theresa of Austria deserves the title of Most Absolute monarch to add to her name. She was a generous, smart, and respectful. She is very deserving of this title.
Cocaine is produced from the Coca plants usually found in the mountain climates of Colombia. The first cocaine alkaloid was not achieved until 1855. The cocaine alkaloid was first isolated by a German Chemist Friedrick Gaedcke. Cocaine was first used in the 1880’s as an anesthetic in eye, nose, and throat surgeries because of its capability to provide anesthesia as well as to constrict blood vessels and limit bleeding. Its therapeutic applications are obsolete in this day and age because of the technological advances to produce safer drugs . Cocaine is the most devastating and potent stimulant of the natural realm. In this paper I will be discussing the history of cocaine, the impact in the world, and lastly the War on Drugs.
But still, some were still selfish and did not appreciate him and his work. Those people think high on themselves and think that they are better than the others. That’s just because their hearts are not pure, their mind is not set to the correct way of life. And they’re living their life the wrong way. The right thing to do might not always be the easiest, but most importantly it is the responsible thing to do. For example, Mother Teresa surrendered her heart and soul in order to help others and make their life better. Even most of them were diseased in a dangerous way, she didn’t cared, because she knew that they weren’t only hungry for bread and thirsty for water, they were also hungry for love. They wanted to know that they are special and perfect for someone, that someone cares for them, that they aren’t just a dead weight for some people. Mother Teresa won a Nobel prize for peace, and a big amount of cash, but she didn’t accepted them because she knew that money are the root of all evil and that if we can’t be there one for another, then we’ve lost our purpose. The meaning of life isn’t about being rich on cash
The use of cocaine in the United States has declined over the last twenty years while the use of crack has increased. Many people avoided the use of crack because of the harmful chemicals used in creating the drug. One of the reasons why crack became popular is because of not needing to inject the drug hence less risks of being infected by the AIDS virus. Carroll (2000) states cocaine is the most powerful stimulant of natural origin. Most users snort or inject the drug to enable a quicker “high.” Cocaine use brings on many health problems. Fatal complications occur from regular use, for example, liver damage, seizures, elevated blood pressure causing stroke, heart failure, or heart attack.
Mother Teresa should have helped the poor for three reason. Mother Teresa was called to minister to the poor by God, she would help the children of the poor, and she would reflect the love of Christ to the outside...
Most often, this form of the drug is either snorted up the nose or dissolved in water and injected into the veins. Oftentimes, cocaine powder is diluted with common substances such as sugars or local anesthetics https://www.dea.gov/druginfo/drug_data_sheets/Cocaine.pdf Cocaine powder is normally chopped into a find powder with a razor blade on a hard surface, arranged into rows and inhaled quickly through the nose with a short straw or rolled dollar bill. If the powder is injected, generally, syringes, needles, spoons, belts, bandanas or surgical tubing accompanies the drug. http://www.town.princeton.ma.us/pages/princetonma_police/drug.pdf
Cocaine is a powerfully addictive drug of abuse. Individuals who have tried cocaine have described the experience as a powerful high that gave them a feeling of supremacy. However, once someone starts taking cocaine, one cannot predict or control the extent to which he or she will continue to use the drug. The major ways of taking cocaine are sniffing or snorting, injecting, and smoking (including free-base and crack cocaine).
Street dealers dilute it with inert (non-psychoactive) but similar-looking substances such as cornstarch, talcum powder, and sugar, or with active drugs such as procaine and benzocaine (used as local anesthetics), or other CNS stimulants such as amphetamines. Nevertheless, illicit cocaine has actually become purer over the years; according to RCMP figures, in 1988 its purity averaged about 75%.
Cocaine is a dangerous drug that acts as a stimulant on the brain (National Institute on Drug Abuse, 2013). It is derived from the leaves of the South American coca plant and can be found as a powder, or be produced as a rock crystal, also known as crack. Cocaine is injected or snorted and produces a high that is euphoric, and the individual has increased energy and becomes very talkative (NIDA, 2013). Because cocaine is a stimulant, it increases blood pressure, heart rate, and body temperature (NIDA, 2013). In the brain, cocaine causes dopamine to build up between synapses (NIDA, 2013). Therefore, there is not reuptake and the dopamine increases, creating this intense euphoria (NIDA, 2013). Cocaine carries a high risk of addiction, since tolerance continually increases. Heart attack, stroke, and malnourishment are other side effects (Ackerman, 2014). The emotional effects include paranoia, anxiety, and irritability (Ackerman, 2014). Cocaine is potent substance, and the effects on a pregnancy can be devastating. It is not known what amount creates the danger or birth defects, but cocaine has an effect on weight, length, premature labor, miscarriage in utero, and more effects are common after the birth and throughout the child's growth (Ackerman, 2014).
According to The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) “Occupational therapy allows people across the lifespan to do the activities they want and need to do” (www.aota.org). Occupational therapy’s goal is to
Cocaine can be snorted, smoked, injected or even chewed; it can be consumed in any way as long as it ends up in the blood stream. It is a stimulant drug, meaning the messages travelling between the brain and body speed up. Cocaine affects the production, uptake and breaking down of three chemicals that naturally take place in the brain. These are: Dopamine, Serotonin and Norepinephrine. ...
“The greatest destroyer of peace is abortion because if a mother can kill her own child, what is left for me to kill you and you to kill me? There is nothing between.”- Mother Teresa. Despite the importance of assisting the poor, Mother Teresa was serious about abortion, as this was an injustice to the unborn and encroaching on human morals. Though, this is a sensitive subject, Mother Teresa doesn't hesitate to bring it to others attention. Any like minded individual would agree, right? Sadly, this is still a ongoing debate, But did Mother Teresa inspire the masses to being open-minded about human
Mother Teresa, formally known by the Catholic church as Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta, was born on August 26th, 1910, and lived until September 5th, 1997, dying at the age of eighty-seven. Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta was an Albanian- Indian, born in Skopje, now known as the capital of the Republic of Macedonia. Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta lived in Skopje for eighteen years before moving to Ireland and then India, where she spent the majority of her life.
