In 1960 Bell Laboratory was introduced the cellular concept, with the development of the newer concept and the better technology cellular phones getting more popular in worldwide (Mitra, 2009). According to the (GSMA, 2014) report mentioned that, at the end of the 2003 there were more than 1billion individual subscribers, that means under one in six people had subscribed to a mobile service . By the end of the 2013 the number of mobile phone subscribers has doubled, there were 6.8 billion mobile cellular subscriptions in 2013 it is nearly world population 7.1 billion. Furthermore (GSMA, 2014) report mentioned that in 2020 there will be 9.2 billion mobile cellular subscribers in the world.
