I am differ from my competitors because most of them charge high prices for a traditional sew-in and they don’t supply them with extensions, so I’ll take that weakness and I’ll sell hair and charge a reasonable price for a sew-in. I would never charge prices I wouldn’t pay for if it was me. The practice of improving the beauty of others may seem insignificant to some but for those in process of studying the cosmetology industry take great pride in the work they hope to produce. Hair stylist and nail technicians improve the way people look and feel about oneself to better improve self confidence; cosmetologist strive to do the best they can to achieve the look that their client may be searching for. However, these techniques must be taught thoroughly and without the proper teaching techniques, the upcoming cosmetologist may feel behind and uncertain about their abilities when performing on clients. Without the proper and professional ways of teaching, the student struggle to ever gain success in the business; this business builds only from the repetition of great work and failing to achieve the overall style of the desired look from the client will result in a failing business. The search of finding a successful and up to date school requires more work than one may assume.

Unlike a typical salon, booth rental derives from the stylists. Stylists tend to have strong connections with their clientele due to the fact that hair care requires consistent attention and also the consumer can easily judge the quality of one’s hair (Barreto, 10-11). Due to this, stylists with a strong clientele are in high demand, which leads to an increase in competition, thus ultimately creating a booth rental system. In a booth rental system, the stylist pays a base fee, or rent, to the salon owners, and whatever profits they can generate from this are kept for them.
Also, I could understand what will be done when the nail technicians do my nails. This is extremely important because having a technician that you can trust is a must because you want to establish a good relationship with one technician. Having many technicians is confusing because they all do nail a little bit differently. I should always choose the nails salon that has good reviews because the reviews will let me know which nail salon is the best. If you do not read some reviews before going and just pick at random, maybe the nail technicians will try to take advantage of you.

1) See what social media channels your business is already on. Every business, even B2b, should have a Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. These are the most popular social networks and having a presence on these channels is necessary for your business 's reputation. I would recommend having a Google+ account purely for SEO purposes but don 't stress about posting content there consistently. There are a number of other social media networks like Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, etc. that could be beneficial for your business but only start if you can handle the upkeep!
Many people do not see salons as harmful to the environment. Customers think hair salons are a good thing to the environment, but they do not know they harm the earth. Hair salons can be improved by reducing their electricity and getting better appliances that save energy and/or electricity. Some reasons salons are not safe for the environment are as follows: workers leave their appliances plugged in, lots of chemicals in each appliance, and their lights are on for more than 9 hours a day.
