William Shakespeare wrote Romeo and Juliet in the late 1500s. It is a tragic, dramatic play about two “star-crossed lovers” who fall in love and end up tragically committing suicide in the end. Romeo and Juliet are from two feuding families, and nobody knows why they are arguing. But then Romeo goes to a party and meets Juliet and they want to get married. Romeo, Friar Laurence, and the feud caused all the deaths in the play. First, Romeo is to blame because he initiated them falling in love and they only met when he went to the party. This is Juliet's Father saying that she is worthless and he will disown her if she doesn't marry Paris. This shows that it is Romeo's fault because like I said earlier he could've just told Tybalt them and they would have started fighting so Tybolt would have killed Mercusio. Capulet thinks they are now screwed because someone from their blood has killed someone related to the Prince. It's Romeo's fault, because he didn't tell anyone and kept it a secret. In conclusion, Romeo is at fault because he feels deeply and desireably in love with a girl he just met. Friar Laurence is at fault because he kept everything a secret from the families and friends of these children.
