Good Afternoon ladies, gentlemen and honorable judge Elliot. Today I am here to prove that Ms. Pearson is guilty of bullying and causing emotional distress to my client Alex Billings. Ms. Pearson and my client were both enrolled at King High School and met each other at freshman orientation. Upon attending this orientation a quick friendship had begun between Ms. Billings and Ms. Pearson. There at orientation they exchanged phone numbers and even MyFace account names. They were both assigned to the same English class together and even ate lunch together in the cafeteria. That weekend after school had started, Alex and Ms. Pearson met up at Go-Go’s. Ever since that weekend at Go-Go’s Ms. Pearson had constantly

After review of my skills, interests, and experiences, I decided to pursue the medical career field as my first career choice, more specifically as a physician assistant. I will exceed in this position in the interest of that I like to help people and I solve problems well. Also, I communicate well with others and I have a great amount of patience. There are various careers that fit my skills and interests, but this one grabs my attention. My dream job is to be a doctor, but this occupation allows one to save money by lessening the years of school required. Also, the pay isn’t too shabby either. I will be successful in this position due to my skills, characteristics, and values, like honesty and helping others. Up to this point, I have job shadowed at a medical billing company and I like the idea of diagnosing and helping people, but a desk job is not ideal. Also, I took a medical terminology as a class and I discovered that I like how the body works and what it does. These factors have all influenced my career goal.
Now, although I am going to be both a Medical Biller and Coder, it is important to note the differences between the two. Having good self-esteem will aid me with communicating effectively with my patients or clients. Strong self-talk is helpful with communication and the medical field because you will always be ready and confident and pepped up at your job and in life. Professionalism in writing format may also be of value to me, as far as building on personal abilities for effective communication.

The career I chose is a nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioners are advanced degree nurses who perform the same functions of a normal nurse and some functions of a primary doctor (“Nurse Anesthetists, Nurse Midwives, and Nurse Practitioners”, 2014). They mostly work in an indoor environment, working either in front of a computer to do their paperwork, and their physical work includes walking around a lot, bending over, and lifting heavy objects to people (Career Information Center, 2014, pg 197). They are also able to work flexible shift depending on their location (Career Information Center, 2014, pg 197). They are able to perform, order, and analyze a diagnostic test, and give physical exams (“Nurse Anesthetists, Nurse Midwives, and Nurse Practitioners”,
("Dental Hygienist") When it comes to working on the job, the hours of work depend on you, the more you want to work you are happy to do what you like. Most dental hygienists work in multiple dentist offices and come in on the days that they want to work on. Also as a dental hygienist you’re not suck working in a dentist office for the rest of your life you may be employed to provide dental hygiene services for patients in hospitals, nursing homes and public health clinics. ("Dental Hygienist") Which gives variety on the people you work on and places you work at something new every day, that’s something I like I dislike sticking to the same today every day I enjoy something new each day. As stated by Geshelin “Not all dentists work at a dental office some do things such as teaching, selling dental products, or working in product research and testing”. (“Geshelin, Hanna”) Having this option in my life would be a great advantage because the point of life is to enjoy it not just going to work to pay bills until you die. Having the option of creating your own schedule is a huge plus for this job because you can work whenever you like. You set up the appointments and take control of your work life. Having the extra time to spend with your family in the future and go on vacations would be ideal for anyone's lifestyle. You can live your life and pick your own schedule and make yourself be in control. It is nice to have great flexibility in determining the number of hours per week you choose to work in your life, so why live through it working hard and not having vacations or days off when you want unlike you would be able to if you were a dental hygienist. With this opportunity, relaxation can be achieved on any day of the week you would like. Also with all this flexibility I could continue going to school and
