Human resource is the set of individuals who make up the employees in an organization. It is very important to have human resource in a company, without the help of human resource the business will not grow successfully. There are 3 types of training and development, the first one is on the job training. Every employee from different kind of restaurants will receive on-the-job training and coaching in skills and basic steps to their work. The second type of training is classroom training. In this world full of technology, we need to know how to use a computer.
