MATERIAL SAFTY DATA SHEET
MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET
A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is a major sources of information on the potential hazards (health, fire, reactivity and environmental) emergency response and protective measure to make work safely with the hazard product.Matrial safety data sheet is innately stage for devolvement of health and safety program. It contain all type of information related to hazard material like Use of material , storage material, Handling of material and emergency response and whole procedure of material label. An MSDS must

V. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
This section describe exposure limit of hazarded and personal protective measure that can be used to control and minimized worker exposure. Personal protective equipment that should be used if there is a potential for exposure above the regulatory or suggested limits, then it can be used to avoid injury and illness from exposure of chemical. Personal protective equipment is specific for eye, skin and face or respiratory equipment based on hazarded and potential exposure.
VI. FIRE and EXPLOSION HAZARD DATA: This section should describe fire and explosive properties of the material, extinguishing media to be used, and fire-fighting instructions. It applies to anyone who may be in the area of the

First Aid: This section describes emergency action and response of emergency which we are done. It should include first aid procedure to be taken in the event of exposure.Neccessary first aid instruction by relevant route of exposure of hazarded, symptoms or effect of chemical and special treatment.
IX. TOXICOLOGY & HEALTH HAZERED DATA:
This section gives information on toxicity of substance and health effect, defines the medical signs and symptoms that may be encountered with normal exposure or overexposure to the material or its components. In this section tell about rout of chemical hazarded include inhalation skin and eye contact , description of effect from short and long term exposure. Data should be included for acute, sub chronic and chronic exposures, if available.
X. TRANSPORTATION DATA: This section provide information and guidelines of different classification for transportation of chemical and hazardous material from one place to other. It contain whole information of shiping of hazardous

From the creation of the Army’s Technical Escort Unit, there has always been one mission that has never changed; the removal, transportation and disposal of chemical weapons. “The U.S. Army Technical Escort Unit was formed in 1944 and is the longest, continuously active, military chemical unit in existence... The unit was formed as a group of specialist to escort chemical weapons”(Cashman, 2000, p. 104). Although this mission type has not faded, the overall mission of these units has expanded to a larger arena.

Section 8 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act (2005) puts the onus on the employer to ensure systems of work that are planned, organised, performed, maintained and revised as appropriate so as to be, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risk to health. Section 19 of the Act requires the employer to conduct a risk assessment of work activities and Schedule 3 of the Act provides the general principles of prevention to ensure the safety of employees in the workplace.

Hazardous materials can be important in everyday life when properly handled. However, when improperly handled, they can result in injury, death, and destruction as well as have lingering effects that may last for years to come. To address the risk of an uncontrolled hazardous materials release, there must be a coordinated effort to identify, locate, and quantify the hazardous materials in a particular location (Drexel University Safety & Health, 2001). Typically, industry and government agree that a hazardous materials incident is one where
There are different classes of fire and extinguishers which depends on what is on fire. This is important to familiarize with to be able to know what type of extinguisher should be used in case of fire.

... effective as required, so we used dry powder and foam to cut the oxygen, then the fire got under control so we sprayed the water to cool the fire, unfortunately our water tanks was about to get empty, so we looked for a hydrant to fill them, after that we sprayed all the fire and then we were able to put the fire down, after 2 hours of fighting the fire.
House fires are a daily occurrence. In fact, on average, 7 people die in house fires in the U.S. alone. [1] You can prevent house fires by checking faulty wiring, making sure your stove is turned off, and checking to make sure heated beauty products are unplugged among other things. However, sometimes attempting to prevent fires isn’t enough and they occur anyway. Despite this, there are many ways that people can ensure their survival in the unfortunate case of a fire. For example, having fire sprinklers installed in your home, having a fire alarm, and using fire extinguishers.
Creating the awareness among the students helps them on the various ways to avoid fires. If possible students are advised to ensure that all the fire alarms and extinguishers are in working conditions at all times. They should also be careful and alert when using any appliance that is likely to cause a fire and avoid using anything that is prohibited in the rooms.
A hazard is defined as an activity or object that has the potential to cause harm if contact is made with the person, object or activity (MHS, 1996; Harmse, 2007; HSE, 2006). These hazards in a work place need to be identified and dealt with accordingly to prevent any harm to employees or any individual acquainted to a certain activity or establishment. The key roles and principles of occupational hygiene are Anticipation, Identification, Evaluation and Control (Schoeman and van den Heever, 2014; Harmse, 2008; SAMTRAC, 2012). To practise in accordance to the above principle; a hazard identification and risk assessment needs to be conducted. Anticipation is the foreseeing of the activity
Chemical and fire hazards in the workplace cause serious injuries that in most cases are fatal.
First aid skills and kit is a dire necessity in unfortunate areas prone to accidents and natural calamities. It makes communities aware of the dangers posed to remain prepared for any
A hazard is a potential damage, adverse health or harm that may effects something or someone at any conditions. Other than that, the risk may be high or low, that somebody could be harmed depending on the hazards. Risk assessment is a practice that helps to improve higher quality of the develop process and manufacturing process. It is also a step to examine the failure modes of the product in order to achieve higher standard of safety and product reliability. Unfortunately, it is common that a product safety risk assessments are not undertaken, or not carried out effectively by manufacturer. Mostly an unsafe and unreliable product was produced and launched on to the market. Thus, the safety problems are mostly identified after an accident happened or after manufacturing problems arisen. In order to prevent risk, a person should take enough precautions or should do more to prevent them because as a user should be protected from harm that usually caused by a failure for whom did not take reasonable control measures.
