2.1 Material Handling
A material handling does not add to the value of the product as not a production process having a point in favor of materials handling is that it helps production. Therefore, it becomes unavoidable depending on the weight, volume and through put of materials. Nevertheless costs money, therefore a key task to eliminate or reduce it as much as possible. Herewith, some of anticipated mechanical/Mechatronics handling reduces the labor costs of manual handling of materials. Hence, SME's puts a huge demand for cost & energy effective materials handling that should be carefully designed to suit the application.
2.2 Material Handling in Smart Manufacturing Enterprizes
For SME’s, material handling systems must be economically justified before coming into use. In this respect, the foremost …show more content…

For the efficient operation of large material handling systems instead of developing a complex controller, a profoundly different approach can be effective in all aspects of material handling. For SME’s, relatively simple dynamic control schemes for material handling systems and methodologies which allow for efficient analysis of these system’s behavior at the design phase leads the SME’s to cost and energy effective stage in case of material handling tasks.
The need of a bite of automation in SME's becomes a key reason for the huge demand of AVG in the various industrial field. High degree of accuracy and precision to minimize the error and improved lead time, extreme flexibility over other available material handling system makes it a popular and highly preferred material handling option in SME's. It can be adopted any environment and cheap among autonomous robot. There is a significant amount of difference between theoretical and practical work cycle value of time which can be optimized by adopting different
