The Army is the branch of armed services responsible for military land operations. They are one of the best at serving and helping our country on U.S. soil, and overseas. They use prepared, swift, and forceful tactics to overcome the enemy, but it wasn’t always like this. The Army used to be men called “minute men” who would go into battle in a minutes notice. The Army has changed over the years from the late 1700’s, to the time that we are at now. The Second Continental Congress formed the first Continental Army on June 14th, 1775. This division was to use helicopters and airplanes to support its ground troops. Beginning in 1982, the Army began to manufacture the M65 field coat with woodland camouflage. The M16 was ordered as a replacement for the M14. The initial version of the M16 was first adopted by the Air Force in 1964. The M16A2 entered service in the mid-1980’s and fired a NATO standard M855 or M865 5.56 cartridge. A combination of the M16A4 and M4 carbine began replacing the M16A2. To prevent further aggression in Iraq, the United States Army began sending troops into Saudi Arabia during the Iraq War. Beginning in 2001, an international force led by the United States attacked the Taliban. The Army introduced the Personal Armour System for ground troops, which consisted of Kevlar helmet and ballistic vest. In 2011, US special forces killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan. The Army has changed over the years since the late 1700’s, to where we are now. Even though they have gone over many changes, they have been able to defend us and others all around the globe. Many have died defending our country during times of war. In all the Army is one of America’s oldest, most advanced, and smartest branch of the

Over the next several weeks America launched over 2500 missiles on Iraq military. After this Iraq got tired of just sitting there so they finally started to fight back. They launched missiles at the barracks that were blocking Iraq from entering Saudi Arabia. Before February 24 the real ground war hadn’t even started. They fought on the ground for weeks, even though we were still bombing Iraq when we started fighting we still did it and moved into Kuwait. Desert Shield was another codenamed attack on Iraq this was another phase in getting Iraq out of Kuwait and not allowing them into Saudi Arabia. Training as an unexperienced soldier, then fighting in a war, only several months later, for your country just shows how much fearlessness and guts this whole division had, classifying them as the best division to ever be a part of the United States Army.
First-person shooter is a video game genre centered on gun and projectile weapon-based combat through a first-person perspective; that is, the player experiences the action through the eyes of the protagonist. The first-person shooter shares common traits with other shooter games, which in turn fall under the heading action game. From the genre's inception, advanced 3D or pseudo-3D graphics have challenged hardware development, and multiplayer gaming has been integral. After masses of video game evolution, along came the call of duty series.
When the colonists rebelled against Britain, they raised an Army of volunteers to fight under the leadership of General George Washington. Following the war and the forming of the United States, the US Constitution authorizes Congress to raise an Army for the national defense.
The Second Continental Congress was an organization that started having meetings to make decisions on where to attack the British and how to defend themselves. This foundation was created because it was during the war in Lexington and Concord, so they needed someone to help make their decisions and help decide attack methods. The Congress representatives originally met during the Revolutionary War; their first meeting being on May 10, 1775. The representatives (a person or people sent to represent something) came from 12 of the original 13 colonies.

“Man O’ War was the kind of thoroughbred that brought you closer to divinity than most people had been before.” This quote by an unknown describes Man O’ War well; “Man O’ War was America’s legendary thoroughbred race-horse” (“Man O’ War 1917-1947”) and was the type of horse that taught his rider, the people around him, and the entire world that if you keep pushing you can reach any and all goals. Man O’ War was a loving horse that made many feel as if they were getting closer to God. To most people, Man O’ War was a work of art that was brought down to them straight from God because he was perfect; he was a gorgeous stallion that seemed to most as unbeatable. Man O’ War raced his heart out and dominated every race he was in, even the one race he lost. Man O’ War was an important figure in the 1920s American history because he changed the perspective of horse racing forever.
